Pros: All and all great value for the money

Pros: Clean aircraft with good on board staff. Flight departed on time and arrived early. Overall they are good value for a low cost carrier.

Cons: Wizz are a bit disorganised at bag check in, disorganised with overhead storage. Don't like the random seat assignment used if you don't want to pay the high price for assigned seats.

Cons: Better organization on the boarding process, i.e. separate lines for priority and normal.

Cons: Changing in luggage information was annoying

Pros: Boarding was ahead of schedule, but we waited on the runway for a long time. Checking in via an app is great too.

Cons: The seats are uncomfortable, the application of the baggage policy is inflexible & difficult, there are no places to put your things and having seating assigned randomly when you travel with someone is ridiculous. I love discount airlines, but being charged for things that would make me happier while not costing the airline a penny is too far. Ryanair gets your initial business with artificially low rates and then nickle-and-dimes you until you pay at least as much as you would by just going with an honest carrier that charges normal prices up front. I am tired of being messed about when there are equivalently priced carriers that aren't such shysters.

Pros: Loved the speed and efficiency of everything; we arrived from Dublin to Gatwick 25 minutes early. Plenty of opportunity for inflight purchases for such a small flight which was great!

Cons: Make sure you do everything in advance and do it to the letter-- otherwise you will have to pay for fees. We were supposed to land in gatwick, but the pilot made two attempts and eventually ended up in stansted- Safety/wind prevented us from landing properly.

Cons: I was very unhappy with Kiwi. I accessed Kiwi through Kayak where I had selected a seat with checked baggage. Neither the BA staff at Heathrow nor the BA staff at Chicago were aware that I had paid for checked baggage. After much debate the baggage fee was waived at both ends of journey.

Cons: Delays in the food service occurred because the credit card machine stopped working. Rather than stop the purchase food options they continued which meant they could only reach row 16 by the time our flight began its descent. Since were in row 19, we were not offered any food or water, during lunch.

Pros: I travel 70 times a year and I try to avoid BA the f I can. This flight 2 hrs late and they ran out of food as hey got to me I’m tge back. The toilets ran out of water 3/4 of the way through the flight so people couldn’t use the toilets. Not good. Zz

Cons: They changed the gate all of a sudden and did not provide any entertainment or food

Pros: Isle seat in 2nd row after I paid to carry on a small duffle bag. Only one item allowed.

Cons: Everything about flying and good customer service: at check-in, in-flight service, near on-time flight. (flight was over 45 mins late, difficult for those with connecting flights)

Cons: Quicker, more efficient boarding. We were standing in line for a long time compared to other flights.

Cons: The boarding process was very unorganized. The flight was delayed almost 2 hours due to baggage issues while we sat on the plane.

Pros: Crew was great and the seats were very comfortable.

Cons: Never had to take a bus to and from plane, so that was different.

Pros: Empty plane so I could switch to exit row. The other rows do not have enough room for someone 186cm tall

Cons: We paid full fare economy and were given seats who don’t recline. You have to pay for the food. Only 1 bag allowed to check. The flight was full of screaming children and the crew did nothing. Many passengers were upset

Cons: The boarding process took far too long. We were standing at the gate for what seemed like an hour. I'm not sure exactly why we were delayed in boarding the plane. There was no explanation.

Cons: Unconfortable sears. The seats cannot be moved back. The table is too high. I have traveled a lot but never seen tables at this height (above the chest). No entertainment, no wifi, and no food, but that's ok. After all, it's a low cost floght although many other low cost companies have wifi and entertaonments via mobile devices.

Cons: Comfort of the plane. So freaking uncomfortable. Seats didn’t even recline back.

Cons: Did not fly. They wanted $100 to check my bag. I flew another airline.

Pros: Cheap, quick, and safe flight.

Cons: Because the tickets are so cheap, they try to get money out of you at every turn! They charged us $20 each to print our boarding passes at the airport (it wasn't enough to have them on our phones)! They make you pay to check a bag and you have to arrange it ahead of time (cannot ask to do it at the airport). They made a big fuss about the sizes of our bags and threatened to charge up to $55 per bag if they needed to check them at the gate! They have tiny compartments at the gate but our bags fit without any issues on the plane itself.

Pros: Low price and punctuality. Didn't have food and there is no entertainment but I am happy with that and ticked OK

Cons: Being taken out onto the tarmac in the rain before the rear staircase was in position.

Pros: The flight was very late and then the gate information came up almost as the flight was boarding.

Pros: The flight was all good and even though the flight was delayed, they did a quick turnaround and took off as quickly as possible.

Cons: Why do Ryanair only release their return tickets two days before flying? If they released them at the same time as flying out then it would be easy to get printing facilities.

Cons: Not accusing the customer of not having a priority booking when they do, not having an hour long wait, and not accusing the customer of having a bag too big when it wasn’t.

Cons: The crew were very rude, there was no more overheard space in the cabin so two people in our party had to check their luggage, the washrooms at the rear of the plane were out of order and the they were out of three quarters of the food on the menu - effectively nothing to order!

Pros: Nothing

Cons: The airline overbooked the flight due to an earlier plane being cancelled. My boarding pass was issued with no seat number which meant I had to wait with a large group of other people until everyone that had been allocated a seat number boarded. There was no communication from their staff and departure was delayed well over two hours. Things didn’t get much better on board as the crew left it so late to start the food service only passenger upto row 24 got the chance to buy a drink or food before they had to stop serving and prepare for landing. Add all this to the saga that was the outband flight and you’ll understand why the whole plane burst into laughter when the crew announced “welcome to Gatwick, apolagies for the delay, and we look forward to flying with you again”. Shocking service! Never again!

Cons: Terrible boarding procedures, plane was way too big for the gate assigned. Had to wait on the tarmac for a ‘starter’? For about 20-30 after a after boarding finished.

Cons: Despite most of the plane being offered refreshment I never was as staff not organised enough to have time to do so, even though other airlines have managed easily.

Cons: Staff were reluctant to serve us extra drinks. Asked for 2 miniature bottles of wine as they are so small. Told that customers were only allowed one. Bought some later though although the staff weren’t keen

Cons: The plane delayed by 30 minutes, I was rushed past security to wrong plane in Orlando, making me miss my flight, cue multiple times as the airlines "British Airways" and "American Airlines" bickered about who's fault it was. I'm still sat in Orlando waiting for my flight after losing my hotel in LA

Cons: The boarding process where we are herded into a tiny pen for 20 mins or so, w almost no seating, is not pleasant

Pros: None of it. I understand it's a budget airline but there was just no hospitality.

Cons: The attendants didn't do much to resolve issues. I was last on the plane and had one carry on bag which there were no rooms in the bin. She just shrugged, and told me to try and fit it under my seat, which by the way was too big, then she told me to just hold it on my lap. Everything that she said, and asked me to do was a full violation of what airline safety calls for.

Pros: Cheap, clean, great on board crew. I arrived early for my flight and was able to change my flight to an earlier one cheaply, quickly and hassle free. Excellent customer service.

Cons: Shocking check in. Only 2 desks open queued for 45 mins just to check in. Despite arriving in plenty of time. This was a Saturday lunchtime and the queue quickly built up and despite several members of staff being around no further desks were opened up until the queue became huge.

Cons: For the check in agent to advise passengers that E gates are extremely far for a regional flight & to make our way directly there. I was traveling with my mother, we arrived 2 and half hours before our flight and plus did online check in but the walk to the gate took us about 40 mins that we missed

Cons: We were diverted to a different airport for a reason they said they didn't know. We then sat on a plane for an hour while they figured things out and let people off that wanted to get off. We then switched planes and sat on that plane for another 45 minutes because they missed 3 people who got off the plane earlier so their paperwork was all wrong. I understand that they may not have been all of ryanair's fault, however I feel like they could have handled the situation much better. We ended up getting to Gatwick about 2-2.5 hours late. There were 2 flights that left Dublin after us that got to Gatwick before us. They still never told us what they diverted. However we saw a couple Maintance guys looking under one of the wings the entire time we were there.
