I ended up in Lufthansa to Zagreb because of our delay
Good service … bus transfer upon arrival from plane to terminal: atrocious!!!
It was my first experience in business class. It was everything I expected and more. Service was impeccable, food was delicious and I felt rested once I arrived to London
My first two flights were late. I missed my last flight. The next flight was not until the next day Seating on large plane was uncomfortable. In the center row, there are posts that do not allow you to spread your legs. The entertainment center did not respond well. . Food was okay. Though there was much confusion about where the special meals that. People ordered(not me) went
Slightly delayed but still a more comfortable experience to take a real airline instead of a budget one.
Delay before takeoff, ran out of protein options for the meal served, waited on the tarmac upon landing for and hour, waited in corridor for people mover for 45 minutes and still waited at baggage claim for over 30 minutes. This was after Lufthansa cancelled our flight to Frankfurt. Will definitely be my last option when booking overseas flights.
They lost my luggage for five days and did not keep me notified of the progress at all.
Mechanical problems had to be fixed after all the passengers were boarded, and kept on the plane for over close to two hours with no air conditioning. Did not have enough snacks for everyone to distribute. Also, the movie screen did not work and no-one seem to be interested in helping us fix the problem. And the last, two people from our family got severe food poisoning. Arrived Atlanta 4 hours later than estimated 2:35 pm landing time. Deeply disappointed in Lufthansa, since it has been one of our preferable air companies to fly with.
I did not fly them . They rebooked me on a longer flight to Helsinki. I did not get the food I wanted . Paid more for seats and baggage and now trying to deal with them is. Mess. They reimbursed me for half of cost and not the actual fee I incurred and this was all due to operational reasons . Too many chefs in kitchens and everyone deflects not their problem. Book one airline
Okay, the flight was over an hour late leaving LAX! I barely made my connecting flight! Very stressful experience! Lufthansa 747 biz class needs a serious upgrade to its seating! The food was good, but the staff was mostly very cold but did a good job!
