They lost a bag and now our vacation is ruined

Flight details on public information screen were misleading and wrong.

Long delay was made worse by lack of information and long time in queue waiting for the plane to arrive

How terrible! Extremely bad! I can not even wait for 5 minutes, because the Berlin airport does not work in the security facilities and can handle people. No communication, although we were assured by about 50 travelers that the airline is informed and is waiting for us.

This time round it was very good, flight delayed by 30mins but capitan put his toe to the floor and made some time up!!

Boarding at Birmingham was appalling, made to stand in a corridor which claims to be a gate for an hour, despite knowing full well the flight was delayed….. the crew were fantastic and you have to feel sorry for them dealing with the delay caused three fold, inbound delay, damage to front baggage hold door and finally a further ATC delay. On board experience was good and crew friendly and helpful.

Never have real problems...very ho prices for good the rest is all great

Flight was delayed which happens but walking 15 mins to one gate to be then told it’s now changed to one 15 mins back then other way was frustrating

The usual average Ryanair flight, but we landed 20 min before due time, which was very good.

Flight was delayed due to weather so not much Ryanair could do about that - otherwise it was very efficient and smooth

Flight map did not work. Crew was great, food was good, plane took off on time and landed early. That's all I can ask.

Paid for exit row at the back of the plane. Window seat with lots of leg space. Food was inedible (as usual). Brought my own.

The plane was late (as was my flight out from Birmingham the day before)

The flight was delayed by an hour. Made the connection uncomfortably tight.

When we went to the lounge they told us to go into the main lounge and not the full business class section, later they told me that Lufthansa wont pay the full fee to alloq the business class passengers entry to the nicer sectikn where all the other airlines nusiness class passengers go into. Very poor arrangement.

Seats on the A320 were more comfortable than the A330 I took from RSW to Frankfurt

Nothing -they cancelled the flight with less than 12 hours notice

A short flight. What was offered was appropriate Friendly staff. Pleasant

Departure delayed two hours due to congestion over Frankfurt airspace. Not the fault of Lufthansa, or crew. At Birmingham we sat around in the corridor for 90 minutes with no sears, outside a locked waiting room. The Birmingham WlFi was not connected to the internet for some. reason

The flight was delayed. Don't recall much else, as the flight was short and I slept through most of it.
