The crew had to deal with a medical emergency and they were excellent!! Despite extra pressure they kept us all informed and were polite and friendly under pressure!
lack of seat space and could not put seat back because of medical emergency so hard to sleep. Exhausted on arrival at Heathrow! Headset did not work properly on films Did not like the boarding process !!
Entertainment selection was above average, curried chicken dinner was good too!
They lost our suitcase full of outdoor gear (boots, coats, underwear, socks and thermals) days before we head to the inside of the arctic circle on an anniversary trip. Pretty upsetting to say the least
In-flight service was really good
I was travelling with family and they assigned seats all over the flight. Initially they assigned seat for my 3 year old separate from us.
Crew service was surprisingly not very welcoming/friendly. Felt like a burden to request anything. THe food was extremely low quality and lacked nutrition. Food make me feel like he opposite of energized.
The flight left almost on time. I was surprised that a meal was served on a two hour flight
It took a long time to get off the plane.

We sat in the back of the plane, so when we were served food and drinks, they had run out of items by the time they got to us.

Departure was a bit late but we were informed. Even with that delay arrived on time. Coach seat was okay for me. Movies offered could be better but there was enough for my taste. It was a night flight anyway, so I was asleep most of the time.
Plane delayed. Then when on board, pilot apologized due to the very warm cabin as "the auxilariary power unit isn't working." Then long delay because the baggage ground crew messed up and again according to the pilot "we apologize for the ground crew's failure to do their job properly and some baggage wasn't loaded properly." Once we landed we had like 20 minutes to go through security AGAIN and nearly missed the final flight to our Seattle destination. No mention of local time upon landing, no one at gate to direct lots of people rushing for connections.
No complaints. A puddle-hopper to a yes.
I didn't get a chance to get the gentleman's name at the gate, but he was able to get me on the earlier flight (since I had NO luggage and only 1 carry on that fit under my seat) and didn't charge me the stupid fee for filling a seat that was empty when I was giving up a seat on a later flight that would accommodate those who missed this earlier flight. Nice to see kindness in an industry that seizes fees on every opportunity.
