They left me stranded in a foreign country overnight with no accommodations and just complete and utter disregard for what had actually occurred. By far the worst experience I have ever had with any airline, ever. Beware. Their rules for checked baggage are ridiculous. Nothing is worth the money. I spent less on a 4-star hotel the night I was stranded than the airline charged me to check my bag. I initially paid $107 online to check my bag which was insane enough as is, but despite the fact that I had already purchased the extra large checked-bag option, I was charged an additional €80 at the airport since there was apparently no record of me purchasing the XL bag option (except for on my flight invoice as well as on my bank statement, of course). As a result, after seeking assistance from multiple employees—each of whom couldn’t have cared less—and paying the additional fee, I missed my flight (which was a CONNECTING FLIGHT) because they finished boarding early / closed the gates early. Their lovely cutomer service then proceeded to tell me (as I embarrassingly wept and sobbed), that I must purchase a new flight ticket, before also happening to mention that seeing as though it was almost 12pm, they were doing me a favor by waiting for my decision since I was delaying them from leaving work, as it was the end of their shift. All in all, because I missed my connecting flight, I then missed another flight, as well as a train I previously booked. I not only had to purchase a new flight, but also a hotel room, a taxi to the hotel since the airport hotel was fully booked, a taxi back to the airport from the hotel, and another train ticket, in addition to the obvious necessities such as food and water. All without even an apology from the airline. To make matters worse, once I was finally on the newly booked flight, I was not offered a single refreshment. No food, no beverages, and in fact, was actually ignored by the flight crew as they served everyone around me. EasyJet turned my long 16-hour journey into an exhausting and overall miserable 72+ hour journey due to their complete insolence. Never again......"

Read their website carefully before booking. They charge you for everything- even a cup of water. It was the WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. I don't recommend this airline for folks traveling from the USA with lots of luggage. Unfortunately my friend had a backpack and could not fit it in her carry on suitcase and we were then charged an additional £45. EasyJet should make it more clear that only one bag is allowed on the flight as many people were not aware of this and everyone had to open their bags and try to stuff everything into one bag. Unsure why this is a rule as most other airlines allow a carry on and a small handbag considering the space by my feet was empty because I had to shove my handbag/purse in my carry on which was stowed in the hold anyways because they did not have enough room for it. Very disappointed and will never book with EasyJet again."
Cons: "We were a family of 4 traveling to Paris from Barcelona and had minimal luggage, yet the attendant singled us out and made us pay 60 Euro per bag to stow our carry-on bags. We had small book bags/purses and I tried to explain that they were our purses. She wouldn't listen. Our luggage was taken, we paid 60 Euro for 3 pieces to be stowed. Once we got on the plane, there were at least 14 people that boarded with a small roller carryon (like ours) and a backpack purse or small backpack. There was also plenty of room in the overhead bins as the flight was not full. In addition, one of our carry-on bags was torn apart by the time we arrived in Paris---the wheels were broken off and it would no longer roll. I am not sure why we were singled out when others had the same or much bigger luggage on the plane. Disappointed."

The worst fact of all is that, there was just far too many of them for everyone to handle (by the flight crew, and the trachers). Cons: "1156.64 When we arrived at the airport the clerk at the desk would not look up from her computer to help us, we went to the window and she continued to refuse to check us in. When we handed her our passports she bluntly stated that it was too late to check in because it was 10:00 and the cutoff was 9:55. We asked if she could make an exception due to our issues with transportation or if she was able to help us rebook a flight and she said no. We had already paid for this flight and had checked in baggage and paid separately for the two bags and she told us there were no Ryan air flights for our destination. We promptly rebooked with another airline at a separate airport and consequently had to pay for another form of transportation to the airport as well as a new flight and another two checked pieces of baggage. I have traveled all over Europe, the US, Canada, Central America etc. and never in my years of travel have I felt so belittled and disrespected especially considering I was a paying, respectful and loyal customer. It goes without saying I will never use this airline again and will be strongly recommending other airlines to friends and family."

Such conduct should not be tolerated by any company, but is especially poor form for one like an airline in the customer service business. I'll make every effort to avoid Ryanair in the future just because of her."

The boarding process is slow, and a lot of getting in line and standing for long periods of time. Even with open seats they don't boom groups together (when they book at same time). I assume to get more money to switch but this just leads to masses of people trying to swap seatings during boarding. The landings on all three were rough, I fly a lot and have never had an issue and these landings were concerning. One they came into fast and had to pull up quickly to avoid landing."
