She then made my flight a nightmare, until I let her sit in my aisle seat. Even then she was not satisfied, she abused me the whole flight damaged the screen so I could not use it until the steward fixed it. Demanded that I except any and all alcohol to give to her to drink. When I am tea total she then continued to abuse me. I asked the steward to move me he just shrugged his shoulders and said there was nowhere else. This is definitely my the worst flight I have experienced."

Pros: "I didn't pay to reserve a seat ahead of time, and was a little apprehensive. I checked in about 23 hours before the flight and was assigned an aisle seat with no problems."

Upon landing I ran to the use the restroom and the staff promised to keep an eye on my bags. When I exited the bathroom after being violently ill, no one was on the plane except the cleaning staff, and no one was keeping an eye on my bags. I found my purse unzipped. Luckily nothing seems to be stolen. I proceeded to vomit and have food poisoning symptoms the next few hours while waiting for my connecting flight to Rome. I vomited through the entire flight to Rome - no one seemed particularly concerned. No one asked if I needed a hospital. British Air would not take a report about the food poisoning onsite. Nothing was done to help me change my flights to avoid flying so sick or make any helpful suggestions whatsoever."

Cons: "I am emerald on one world. In the departure flight I was not able ot reserve an aisle seat during online checkin ( need to get up on flights quite a bit for health reasons). I had been assigned a window although aisles, my preference, were available. I sought to change seats from window to aisle and would have been charged USD $18 (on a flight within europe - why dollars?). The BA staff said the website would be fine on the return journey - but it was not. I arrnved at teh airport (not having checked in as I didn't want a window) and the BA staff person in 46 at 6:45pm simply said that's impossible to change anything - no apology; she seemed rather irritated to be asked. I then went to security and the machine for priority queue did not permit me to enter - it said 'invalid ticket'. Then the flight was significantly delayed. So all in all not a great day."

Cons: "The seating was absolutely HORRENDOUS. Even though I'm nearly 6'3" (close to 1.90m), I generally never complain about seating space or legroom, even on low cost flights. This particular TAP aircraft, however, despite looking quite new, had some of the most cramped seating ever. Additionally, the trays were minuscule (you could barely place the entire food tray the service during the flight, let alone have another drink at the same time on the tray). Also, on the inbound flight (this was the return one), the seats were fitted with a very simple and clever tablet-holding mechanism, so you could easily watch something on your table while eating your food (from a similarly small tray table). The seat back pockets do not have any material/fabric on the sides, so stored items could easily slip out sideways from the pocket. Shame to have such a good in flight service and to be a punctual airline if you're going to carry your passengers cramped like cattle in seats 'rivalling' the ones on Ryanair flights on 4-hour long journeys."

NEOS Airlines is an Italian airline probably comparable to Southwest Airlines in the USA. It's a cattle car airline with no frills. Crew was very professional, food was actually good. A sandwich that was of course Italian ingredients. Seats were comfortable for the 3 hour flight."
