One of our bags did not make the connecting flight in Madrid. We have not received any word today on its location. Seats were so narrow and uncomfortable!

I had assist travel booked in Denver to Manchester, but not listed in HeathRow, my daughter use a spare wheel chair herself for me , when going thro to board at Heathrow there was no help travel down for the ramp until a member of assistance stepped forward and insisted he would take me down the very steep ramp, seems he was the only person concerned with my safety.

I am very happy always when I fly with Iberia.

A bit noisy. The seat was suboptimal and there was too much noise in the service area. Some if the crew members were less than nice; others were great.

Outstanding. plane was a bit dated but safe and clean

Non-responsive after a flight cancellation, basically the airline kicked us out of the airport to wait in an endless line to speak to a single representative. I found another flight luckily not with Iberia. Many were not so fortunate. I’m still waiting for a reply to my flight cancellation/compensation query 5 days later. A trans- Atlantic crossing was hot and cramped. Food was great staff were nice but never again.

Both flights had no inflight wifi. The layover that i eria setup made it so i had to sprint through madrid airport at full speed even though the plane was on time. Never again. The flight there none of the screens worked.

Boarding passes should be checked upon boarding to avoid a situation we got into, delays due to wrong boarding

Iberia schedules flights with short layovers in Madrid so many miss their flights. Also they lost our luggage twice - really a weak operation and will never fly with them again

Kayak sent several notifications that the flight was late. This contradicted the information on the airport boards. This was extremely confusing and we very nearly missed the flight purely because we double checked with the info desk when the flight stays said’closed’. Kayak notifications are therefore unreliable and pointlesa

Delayed almost 2 hours sitting on plane. No updates at all from flight deck and virtually no updates from cabin crew

Be sure to check bags for 23 kg,.(50 lbs) Coming from US I chose the wrong size luggage weight when I checked in on my phone, and had to pay more when I dropped it off

All around poor experience. Barely got on flight because it was ostensibly overbooked. Forced into checking a carryon bag with empty overhead compartments. Nickeled and dimed. Charged for coffee. Despicable.

The on board air steward really made the journey. He was very entertaining

Worst airline in the world, will never travel in it again.

The trip itself was good. I have given only good as rating, because my first flight has been cancelled by a different airline and that caused disruption in my trip. I spent over ten hours in Luton airport and that caused me high tiredness, sickness, because of the very early initial trip. easyJet staff has been professional and friendly.

It was raining and we got all soaked because the staircases didn’t had a roof

Flight delayed. Sat for more than 30 min with no air conditioning on a very hot day.

Ryanair is always shite. Slowest boarding possible in the most uncomfortable way. It’s like they are are tad sadistic.

Flight was delayed which happens but walking 15 mins to one gate to be then told it’s now changed to one 15 mins back then other way was frustrating

East check in and security. They are always delayed though. ALWAYS!

Worse situation ever. Arriving at 4 am with 7 Hours of delay

Booked extra legroom seats but as plane had changed we ended up with normal seats. Very little attempt from staff to sort it out

It was a great experience. I did find that some menu options were not available, which was a bit surprising, but over all a wonderful experience.

Overall a good experience. Heathrow was quite crowded and we did not knew the boarding gate just very late. Kayak sent a message with the gate number, but BA no and also it was not shown in the airport screens. so I had to wait until BA offered the gate number, as a result we didn’t have time to eat because we didn’t know how dar were we from the gate..

I wasn't able to request a special meal on the on line check in. I informed the cabin crew and they went out of their way to find foods I could eat. I am very grateful.

All went well- allow plenty of time at Heathrow, we felt like we got bused halfway to chicago when it was time to board, then had to carry baggage up steps outside. A bit of work for anyone who is less mobile or able bodied for sure.

Excellent service smooth flight f or the most part food was right now.I'm expectedly good.

It was a pathetic experience. Booked Hindu vegetarian meal and they served chicken. Inspite of telling them repeated times, the issue was not resolved.

I never was able to take this cancelled flight…all flights from Zagreb were cancelled at 3:30 AM of departure day 9/8!

The flight was good, my only complaint is that we were delayed in leaving by a significant amount of time.

Flight on time. Food was poor - low quality and hard to eat due to poor layout

Experience was probably the best I’ve had on BA for a long time. Only thing is A380 is old now and it needs upgrading. The en re attainment screens are very small and the touchscreen barely works.

Half an hour delay. Squeezed into a small Departure Lounge with very few seats. Noisy flight with screaming unruly kids. Loud IPads and Phones. Heaven!

Were delayed in the airport for 5 hours with no explanation. Flight kept getting delayed by an hour at a time and wizz air staff were no where to be found

The cabin crew on that flight were super fantastic and super helpful. They were so polite and considerate that i felt i travelled with a 5star airline.

Delayed delayed delayed - always with Wizzair. Staff were friendly and well mannered but clearly the company is unorganized and the aircrafts are outdated.

It's a budget airline. Great for short flight. Smooth landing.

4 hr delay and only told less than 2hrs before. Only given water and nuts on the flight as complimentary service. Left to wait in rain before boarding.

To be honest I did not like anything. Communication to why my flight was cancelled mid air 2 and half hours into my flight. Customer service desk were not helpful with providing information or a solution on what can be done.

I have been treated unacceptably by WizzAir aircraft crew in a previous flight, they threatened me and abused me, and I received an OFFICIAL written apology, but only two (2) months later. This flight had no such unacceptable behaviour, but it's not nice to be left waiting in the walkway (from gate to aircraft) for a long time, just so that the 'boarding' appears to be early, even if actual departure is not.
