Smooth journey made good time. The aircraft was littered and did not look very presentable.
Flight was ok until there was a sudden juddering in the plane and a severe sudden loss of height. There were a lot of distressed passengers and not a single word was said by the pilot or crew.
Awful, the plane was on time but Ryan Air chose to use it for another flight that was running late to avoid the 3 hour penalty so our own flight was 1.5 hours late. This meant a 1 am scheduled landing became 2..30 and we missed our car hire which costs us an extra £300 to rebook - bloody shambles

Enough seat availability for us to move a little and so sit together - but the flight was half an hour late
I didn't eat any food so can't comment on that. The prices on the plane are extortionate (as are all prices on planes). Everything else was seemless and a great experience
I need assistance and I could not fault it at all. I suffer anxiety and I was always put at ease by assistance staff, and the banter was good. On board the staff was so very nice and kind and showed empathy. Thank you to them. It was my first time travelling since I lost my husband and was so grateful to them.
Great flight just took some time to board even when lining up early for the flight, even taking off took longer then expected.
Flight was delayed by 1 hour 45 minutes. Aircraft was cramped, dirty and uncomfortable. Boarding staff more interested in charging you for oversize baggage than getting you on board. Overall not a pleasant experience.
A delay of almost 3 hours. It was evident that the staff wanted us to board urgently, to the point of rudeness, to avoid paying compensation

The flight was on time, great value and very helpful crew. This direct flight was the most convenient I ever had coming to Sarajevo over the years. Will definitely use this flight again in the future without hesitation.
Very late to leave, poor communication on expected departure time and when boarding actually started.
Cheap flight but I didn't like the almost one hour delay because of paperwork!!!!
Gate is far at Leeds Bradford Airport. However, as the flight was less than half full, it was calm and not stressful. Great take off and landing. Friendly staff
Boarding was started early and we were lined up in. A glass tunnel on the tarmac we were left standing there for an hour with no information the flight left and arrived 30 mins late
It was great. We arrived a few minutes late but the crew were concert and kind about it. It was a nice smooth fly thanks be to Jesus. I prayed for smooth flight and Yahuwah answered my prayer.
We bought tickets for £30 from kayak but we paid £55 for check in to rayan , they slaught us
After you made us check-in I tried to add a suitcase in the internet and also to get help by chet. Nothing work and we pay 60 pounds at Airport. Comper to Easyjet to do the same, was easy and customer friendly.
I were there 20min before departure and they didn’t let me on the board with 5 other people, after all they admitted it was their(Ryanair) fault.
ABSOLUTELY THE WORST AIRLINE. LOST LUGGAGE NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. NEVER BOOK
They robbed me, filed a complaint and they ignored me
We missed our connection and they put us in a hotel our luggage didn't get rerouted with us so we arrived with no luggage
The crew was friendly, 5/5 stars. The food was better than ok, 3.5/5 stars. The seats were tight, 3/5 stars. The entertainment was 2/5 stars because of lack of WiFi.
Delay, no announcements, no support to fast track transfer in Casablanca, made the connection despite all but my bag didn’t make it.
Hot plane. No AC for 3 hours in the middle of Summer.

The flight attendants were very nice, friendly and went above and beyond in making our journey pleasant.
ldid not like the late departure did not like the late food service. Food should have been serve earlier ro allow more sleeping time. Did not like beeing interrupted just to show announcement about their duty free onboard Finally baggage did not make it to final destination and are still in casablanca.
The Airline canceled my flight and don’t want to refund me.
