Terrible seats terrible food terrible everything

The seats are not comfortable for 4 hours flights!! but the leg room is OK .

Then when it became apparent I wasn't getting out that night I was informed that there were no hotel vouchers and I would have to find my own hotel! After searching for an hour for a hotel (all were sold out in Boston) I called a friend who lives outside of Boston. No one gave me a taxi voucher because it was not to a hotel. LUFTHANSA customer service is the WORST!!!!!!!!"

The gate was closed 10 minutes early and they would not let us on. There were 17 of us, 10 of which were children. They would not let us on BUT we’re able to spend 30 extra minutes at the gate, not on the tarmac, to remove all of our luggge off the plane. It would of taken them less than 10 minutes to let us in the flight. I don’t even know what to say about the complete lack of any competence."

They did offer empty "upgraded" premium economy seats for extra $300 on top of what I already paid. seats so narrow & thin (to squeeze more seats In), my hips hurt for final 3 hours. Miserable experience. Lufthansa fails in customer service."

The service was average considering i had to keep asking the staff to atore my son's insuline medication in a cool place, they said they cannot at 1st but eventually they did. The entertainment system had to be rebooted 3 times during the flight which takes 15 to 20 minutes. So it took 3 hrs to finish the movie. The connection flight was a bit redicilous, 1 hr to walk to the other terminal in frankfurt, the 1 hr flight delay , the boarding was like a zoo, no initiative to take control and organize the boarding, the elderly and the children and crammed withe other passengers.."

It took 50 minutes to get through the bag drop queue. Only 1 staff member checking boarding passes and ID. No point having 14 bag drop machines when the bottleneck is the ID Check.

But i arrived to the flight after an injury in my leg when i can barley walk and needed my handbag as it has my painkillers and my leg band, but they refuse to let me keep it and keep insist that i have to put it inside the cabin bag. At the end i paid 60 euro!!!! for that as i didn't have energy to argue and the flight was about to leave. This is the last time i'll use easy jet!!! i'd rather pay more and get some human behavior. very very poor and disappointing experience."

Cons: "Checking in online was a nightmare as the site kept freezing, there was a mix up with my priority and cabin baggage, I was told by the webchat team that this had gone through but not on my boarding pass, when I got the the airport the Ryanair staff were extremely rude to us, they sent us to the back of the queue I front of everyone and then told us we would have to pay to take our bags with us, they then had to be out on the hold. When we got back to Birmingham we then had to sit on the plane for around 15 minutes as there was not a slot for us. I spent hours of my 2 day break trying to sort check ins etc, I would never fly with Ryanair again."

When she got the airport they insisted that she had to put her hand carry in the hold despite it having her passport in it!! I challenge you to sit in the body of the Plane and compare the diction on the Security announcement to that of Pilots/Cabin Crew This is particularly relevant when the Pilot recommends passengers to keep their belts fastened during flights. Cabin Crew fail on repetitive announcements -such as food service. It is almost like a race to see can they beat a time set by a previous Crew member on the flight out!!"
