Apart from the delay, it was very good. Crew were great and the plane was great - looked like a newer one.
Generally excellent but a couple of areas could be improved. After boarding we were delayed a full 20 mins whilst various ground crew, flight crew, captain faffed around counting and recounting passengers. Said discrepancy between computer and manual. All OK in the end. So why o why did it take 20 mins to find all OK? No sense of urgency shown Secondly the seat base is just not supportive/resilienfor a 4½ hour journey - backside really aching by journey end.
The staff are just so friendly travelling alone was a bit scary but they made me feel comfortable and nothing was to much bother I loved how one of the girls was talking to the old ladies she really took time thank you jet2 shame I can’t get home with u guys 🥲
On time flight. Reasonable comfortable but a bit cramped. Excellent jet 2 staff as usual.

There is nothing I can think.of that jet2 need to improve They offer a great package. Very efficient
All was good but they should bring back seat pockets. It’s difficult trying to travel with small children and keep having to get stuff out of flight bag and then have nowhere to put it!
The flight was okay, seats slightly more comfortable than Easy jet, but wouldn’t want to fly much more than 3.5 hours in those seats, hard and uncomfortable for further journeys. Boarding was okay, never eat or drink on Eco airlines, food not good and expensive for what you get. But it is what it is, and for the price one can not really complain.
Boarded and sat on plane for 3.5 hours before taking off, Updates infrequent and no refreshments offered.
I didn't have food, and there was no entertainment as it was a short haul flight, so can't comment on those, The head cabin crew member was addressing the passengers like a telesales person reeling off terms and conditions; we didn't understand a word he was saying. This is the second time this year we have flown with Ryanair, and both times we've had to carry our luggage downstairs to walk to the plane. As were both OAP's this isn't really acceptable. We have another flight booked for September to Lanzarote, so hopefully that will be better.
Smooth journey made good time. The aircraft was littered and did not look very presentable.
Flight was ok until there was a sudden juddering in the plane and a severe sudden loss of height. There were a lot of distressed passengers and not a single word was said by the pilot or crew.
Stuck on run way for 2 hours before takeoff - tractor breakdown
Enough seat availability for us to move a little and so sit together - but the flight was half an hour late
I need assistance and I could not fault it at all. I suffer anxiety and I was always put at ease by assistance staff, and the banter was good. On board the staff was so very nice and kind and showed empathy. Thank you to them. It was my first time travelling since I lost my husband and was so grateful to them.
There plane had a technical pricken so we had to disembark, but the replacement aircraft was provided within one hour so there was not much delay.
Staff were friendly and flight was on time. Free drink and snacks would have been appreciated.
Booked through you used Kiwi who did not complete checking in until 24 hrs before departure when the check in was available 48 hrs before hence we sat separately. I will not be using you again.
There was a delay because they had to switch planes it wasn’t explained very well nor were there updates.
Flight was two hours delayed then instead of flying to Gatwick we got diverted to Southend airport! Then they cancelled our flight and we all got told we had to get off the plane and make our own way to wherever we had to go? EasyJet just abandoned us, no help and as a tourist not knowing even where I was? Disgusting behaviour from the company!!
I’ve always flew with Ryan, but never again I’ll always fly with easyJet
There was no useful information given regarding the flight back to the UK from Tenerife. This despite the week publicised problems around the EES system and the delays caused to boarding. This aspect of the customer experience could have been much better.
Fast boarding, smooth takeoff and landing. plenty of space in seats. Excellent air-conditioning on a hot day. Perfect experience
Very pleasant crew, working hard on a full plane. Delay by a broken seat. However crew made back 60% of the delay.
easyJet need to ensure that whether pre-booking seats or not children aren’t split from their parents the crew spent the majority of boarding asking passengers to move to accommodate two families. Surely the system identifies minors on a booking !!!!! It was all very frustrating to watch and caused delays which I’m sure cost easyJet more in the long run rather that automatically allocating families with minors seats together automatically.

The pilot did everything possible to make up the 35 minute delay. His communications were honest, prompt and positive throughout.
Staff were lovely. Seats could be wider/ more comfortable and late taking off
