Book cheap flights from Brussels to London (return)
Cons: Not much was good about this flight. I had to pay an extra €55 because I couldn’t check in online 2 hours prior and had to do it at the airport. The flight itself was a sales pitch with every few moments the flight attendants offering things to sell. I’ll try not to take Ryanair again.
Cons: Boarding the plane. I do not know why the airlines load the people who are at the front of the plane first. Load the people on the back of the plane first. That way, when you call the next section, the people in the back are not blocking people as they enter. An alternative is to call people in sections based on where they sit in a row. If you have window seat, you should be called first. Why? Because so many passengers who have aisle seats have to get up to let people with middle or window seats get in. So, they hold traffic up as people are trying to get to their seats. After window seat passengers get called, then call middle seat passengers, and last, call aisle seat passengers.
Cons: I did not check in online and was charged a huge fee, 55 euro to be exact. It would have been a nice reminder from the airline to have emailed with reminder to do so and what kind of fee I would be expecting to pay if I did not check in. Very ridiculous and rude customer service.
Pros: The crew was helpful and friendly, priority boarding was super speedy and the food was served promptly (to my neighbouring passenger not me).
Cons: The seats were dirty and the plane could've done with a clean, plus I ended up with stiff knees because of how squished I was.
Pros: The crew was nice. The seats were ok.
Cons: The flight from Copenhagen to Brussels was delayed without explanation for nearly an hour. I managed to make my connection to Frankfurt, but my luggage did not. I’m hoping it will arrive today.
Pros: Gate was super close to the lounge.
Cons: The security check at the gate requires one to leave the comfort of the lounge early incase of queues and then wait in an over crowded lounge with the other passengers (so the fact you are business/first or have one world status does little to ease the burden of boarding. The lounge also did not offer red eye passengers a meal and the on board meal service is slow (so if you are hungry it eats into precious sleeping time). The breakfast wakeup was also disappointing. My meal of choice was not available and the whole process was rushed like a fast food restaurant. Overall I am disappointed by the club world offering on this route and would not pay for it again unless intended to get on and just sleep for the entire journey.
Cons: Missed the flight and the next flight was to expense had to take a train to my destination and pay $400 extra dollars. Was at airport and checked in 2 hours early sitting at what seemed to be the only London flight going out. Our flight was not listed on the computer monitors and we checked it several times. Our names were not announced over loud speaker and no one helped us to rebook.
