Latam didnt care leaving us stranded in the island and they didnt try to help us to come back soon. Awful customer service.
The flight attendants were very good and so was the overall service.
Seat rowa too close together, not enough legroom.
Speed of service, friendly personnel, food
Flight left one hour late-stressful as I had short connection, but airport didn’t announce that we’d still arrive approx on time due to strong tailwind. Less stress all round if they’d have told us
Nice flight, nice plane. Food needs improvement
Ridiculous long time standing for boarding. This needs to be improved.
Plane shakes moves and jumps to much. Seems like LATAM is always late. They did not honor the seats which we pre purchased. Seems like the captains fly to fast and don’t know how to land
Again, like 3 hours late
They changed the date of my flight without telling me and then were kind of cruel about it when I asked what happened. I had to spend an extra day in Buenos Aires and go back to the airport the next day. I had scheduled a hostel in my destination and the hostel wasn't able to change my reservation but they charged me for the night anyway. I ended up camping in El Calafate, where it was very cold and rained all night.
The only thing I liked was that they eventually got us to El Calafate
What didn't I like? Everything else. I fly 150000 miles a year and have never had an experience like this. Aerolineas went on strike the morning of our flight and canceled it. Ok, strikes are terrible, but they happen. However, we then had to spend NINE HOURS waiting in line at the airport. Aerolineas refused to talk to us over the phone, saying we had to call the agency. Kayak and FlightNetwork tried to call Aerolineas, who then said they wouldn't help and we could only solve it at the airport. Hence the nine hours. They eventually rebooked us on a flight the next morning, out of the other airport in Buenos Aires. Again, I get it, flights were full with the cancellations. But the run-around was appalling, and they didn't pay for our hotel (why on earth not? We had to spend an extra night and it was ENTIRELY THEIR FAULT) or the $100 of cabs back into the city and then out the next morning. Absolutely appalling customer service. Never again. And honestly, never again through Kayak either.
I paid about 700usd to a couple of hours and this was the worst company i have ever flew here
We’re not the seller
At KAYAK we don’t set prices, so it’s not possible for us to guarantee what other companies are selling.
We aggregate tons of data for you
Our service lets you quickly and easily compare results from hundreds of travel sites at once. In this sense, KAYAK is a search engine and we don't guarantee prices we find.
Why aren’t prices accurate 100% of the time?
Prices on airline seats, hotel rooms and car hires can change frequently. Several people may also be trying to buy the same travel option simultaneously. As a result, you may find on occasion that certain prices are no longer available.
