Air china experience was good but other part of flight in my trip wasn’t good.
It was a good flight , only problem they left my Koffer at Frankfort and it took another 24 hours to get it at Leipzig that was my final destination
Very efficient and excellent service. Nice amenities and beautiful plane. Elevated meals. Boarding could have been more organized. We missed our connecting flight due to EU entry but Lufthansa was extremely quick to rebook us.
Aircraft had fairly roomy seats on economy. Food was good (beef dinner).
Broken seat did not recline fully, broken footrest, no air vents, no electricity for charging devices, outlets for headphones or isb did not work. Rude crew. Horrible experience. Would never fly Lufthansa again

It was a very smooth and on time flight experience. The crew was really friendly and polite. We were well informed about the flight, etc.
1. One of the crew who was managing the crowd in the business class line specifically asked me if I am travelling by business class while I was standing in the business class designated line. She specifically was asking only me and no one else. Seemed to imply that I may not be aware of it and may be I don't belong there?(Based on my color?) 2. The business class seats in the aircraft was average regular economy seats with middle seat kept free.
Could have rebooked us with a comparable flight instead of a red eye. You could have also notified us of all the changes in our return flights. You never contacted us once for the changes, in fact your my trip often showed the wrong flight.
Everything was great I have no issues they are wonderful , so helpful especially with my spical need son . Love the courtesy of the staff. But the food and entertainment need some improv.
It was better than the previous flight only because the crew was not rude and did not force us to accept food but the entire flight was overheated from start to finish and it was the only time with an airlines i felt i may not make it home .

EgyptAir has significantly improved, especially its cabin crew and service. The catering is better than before, though it still has room for improvement. Now we look forward to fleet renewal.
The temperature in the plane was very warm, never experienced in any airlines we have flown, normally its freezing. our trip from JFK to Cairo was unbearably warm.
3 hours delay for a 1.5h flight on a stinky plane
The food was horrible and the service was even worse, the entertainment was broken and missing control stick, even boarding was unorganised unprofessional, even the seats was loose, 5 hrs delay going and almost 3hrs delay coming back, the only thing is direct flight but with all the delays I can get a lot better airline for cheaper and a lot better service.
Very good service with EGYPTAIR, would definitely recommend flying with them.
Very basic service in business class. Mediocre will be the right word to describe them. Also, we arrived 8 hours late.
Website for Egyptair Plus needs to be refined or go back to the old one...!
