Turkish Airlines lost my reservation!!! I had the ticket, the receipt and they lost it!! Because the flight was fully booked, I had to wait 8 hours!!! Turkish Airlines provided me with NO FOOD, NO WATER!!! Absolutely ridiculous. They were pathetic. They admitted it was their fault for losing my reservation but provided me with nothing.
everything was excellent except for the meal on the fight from the Istanbul which was disgusting, the only choice of food available was pasta which was served frozen.
Surprised for charged $341.00 FOR my luggage. THY opportunist, taken advantage of the people not knowing luggage must be paid.. I flew 7 months ago with Lufthansa same place to Los Angeles my family lives and work in L.A. no luggage PAYS BIG zero .. I WILL NEVER TAKE ANY FLIGHTS ✈️ FROM TURKISH AIRLINES EVER AGAIN 😒 Please Don't recommend TURKISH Airlines to nobody.. I am a retired person. With very limited S.S. check for a month..$341.00 is my kitchen expenses for at list 5 weeks i am a vegetarian salads and sandwiches.. thank you very much for your investigation asking my experience about the flight with ROTTEN Airlines 😀
Typically great service from Turkish with comfortable seat and amenitie, good food and great attention from staff.

I had issue with my boarding pass. When I arrived in London Gatwick Airport. My e-ticket wasn't scanning and had to do a lot of back and forth with Air Transit I order to board my flight, which I almost missed as a result of this.
Everything was good except that they didn’t give us seat for our connecting flight in Istanbul from Cairo. This created a panic situation. Hopefully they give all customers connecting flights seats right from the start.
Very bad experience with turkish airline tk 0001. Very uncomfortable seats and food ran out and crew was not helpful
I am elderly and needed wheelchair assist. The ground crew assisting me with that part of my journey was rude, disrespectful and very hungry for money; the begging was distasteful and disrespect for females and the elderly was atrocious. Maybe they need to get a raise...I was out of small bills by time I reached home. As an american I am not use to the impoliteness. The ground crew make your wonderful airline appears poor in performance...a lot to be desired.
Flights were delayed and due to a checked hand luggage bag by an overzealous gate agent in Berlin I missed my ground connection costing me another £80. Food was cold and bland, I honestly expect better from a national carrier operating out of one of their major hubs.
Even though I flew in business cabin I was not given any refreshment even though those next me were served
1. One of the crew who was managing the crowd in the business class line specifically asked me if I am travelling by business class while I was standing in the business class designated line. She specifically was asking only me and no one else. Seemed to imply that I may not be aware of it and may be I don't belong there?(Based on my color?) 2. The business class seats in the aircraft was average regular economy seats with middle seat kept free.
A bit more space? Not practical, I know. I felt squished in but part of that could have been the man sitting next to me.
Food is delicious I’ve tried Thai green chicken curry and it was perfect!
The booking I made 2 months in advance got changed the week before with another flight and had to pay more for seats and luggage. Not to mention hours and hours on hold to make sure my flight is still booked.
At baggage claim, I was given the wrong printed ticket. The ticket belonged to another passenger for a different flight — to Zurich instead of Frankfurt (layover). I was even allowed to pass security, and when I asked the Lufthansa employee if I was on the correct flight, and why it was changed. The employee said everything was correct and I should board. When I got on the plane, there was someone in my seat, and the crew on the plane finally realized that I was on the wrong plane. When I got off the plane, nobody was willing to help, and the security refused to provide my original printed ticket. That was until I showed them that I took a photo of the ticket; once they realized I had photographic evidence, they were suddenly ready to help me. The Lufthansa employee began communicating with other airlines and found a flight that would take me to my destination via Polish Airlines. I was required to once again go through security, re-check my bag, and once again pay for my checked bag and weight overage fees. This experience was incredibly stressful and very frustrating, as you can imagine. A Lufthansa employee told me I would be eligible for a refund. Please tell me what steps I need to take in order to make that happen. Thank you!
The plane delay due to a poor judgement of the pilot. It was the only flight that got delay due to fog.
This is one of the best flights i had. Good boarding, good seats , good food, and nuce stuff and clean toilets I took the Tourist upgrade and indianischer food , the best.
Food service was good. Aircraft was old and needed upgrade such as seats. Flight was delayed about 1 hour.
The temperature in the plane was very warm, never experienced in any airlines we have flown, normally its freezing. our trip from JFK to Cairo was unbearably warm.
My flight was great. Service by the crew was great. Only issue I had wss it got extremely warm mid way thru the flight. To the point it was a little uncomfortable
As usual, the flight was late with the typical excuse of "a technical issue beyond our control." This is the same excuse they use every late flight which is EVERY flight.
3 hours delay for a 1.5h flight on a stinky plane
The food was horrible and the service was even worse, the entertainment was broken and missing control stick, even boarding was unorganised unprofessional, even the seats was loose, 5 hrs delay going and almost 3hrs delay coming back, the only thing is direct flight but with all the delays I can get a lot better airline for cheaper and a lot better service.
Very good service with EGYPTAIR, would definitely recommend flying with them.
To be honest, there has been a significant improvement in the level of EgyptAir in terms of service and food quality.
Very basic service in business class. Mediocre will be the right word to describe them. Also, we arrived 8 hours late.
Flight was delayed for 3 hrs and there is nothing at the terminal except going back through security again. Food was offered but no vegetarian option
The worst experience ever, me and my little daughter suffered a lot on this trip. If there is zero or below-zero evaluation, definitely, I will give them.
