Flight ended up being longer than anticipated because we had to reroute to the Bahamas. So a hour and half flight turned into 5 hours. 0/10.
I liked the extra leg room in Caribbean plus. Worth the extra money. The food could have been more balanced, there was no salad or veggies
There was no music on the flights unless you came with your headset.
Their bar selection could be greatly improved; they only had one spirit option
Music would have been great and information about the flight. Meaning how high and the weather conditions.
The crew was excellent, check in was easy ,the food wasn't good, movies should be recent and more selections

Ground agent in geo need to know that the customers are the ones who pay their salary she had really bad attitude this was the check in counter agent. Also why does a pax with a working permit for another country needs a return ticket ? That don’t make no sense I have been traveling my whole life on a one way until ticket and never had any problem. Caribbean airline need to do better with the ground staff and on board service, asked for a glass of water I’m still waiting for it !
Flight was good, staff and crew was informative. Should have some sort and of entertainment during the flight given the price to fly.🙏

WestJet continues to live up to budget airline status. The flight crew were not particularly friendly and just were not attentive. We were served cold meals, not initially given any cutlery, and served wrong beverage orders. Seats are not comfortable, especially for long haul flights, and there is basically no offered in/flight entertainment. Fortunately they did have a WiFi service which did seem to work for streaming and connecting kids tablets, but if you were not prepared you were left scrambling. Mix that in with the strike concerns leading up to flights, it made for a less than ideal flight (especially when comparing it to similar class in Air Canada for the outbound flight). Third flight with WestJet but not necessarily planning on booking again.
Westjet never disappoint always terrible small plane ,crowded cheap snack if you can call it snack
Westjet was late and we missed our connecting flight with Cathay. Had to wait 8 hours. Westjet only allows 1 checked in baggage for international flights- it’s always been 2. Canada allows only 1 sandwhich bag size full off small liquids. Everything else will be tossed. Awful trip. Will never fly west jet or go to Toronto to connect flights!
I thought the coffee was excellent! The wait for the luggage was acceptable.. It left and arrived on time. My son found that his device worked very well and he really enjoyed his flight! The stewardess moved him up to the emergency exit and he very much appreciated that!
I wasn’t able to book or pay for a seat and they forgot to check me in for my third flight so I spent 24 hours in Toronto waiting for another one.
Everything was good except for flight delay, but it was because of the snow storm in the arrival airport.
The flight was cancelled less than 24 hours before departure. The alternate flight was a day later going from Grenada to Toronto to Vancouver to Calgary to Montreal. 2 days in the air. Not serious, Very bad service

Check-in was a nightmare. Wouldn’t let us board with our dog even though he has flown on anir Canada before. Only one of us could go. Will never fly them again.

After waiting for hours of delays, the flight was canceled. We missed our flight to Iceland from Toronto. We tried for hours to get a reasonable replacement flight, but it was the next day before we could even schedule another flight days later. We had to cancel our anniversary trip because we could not get to Iceland on time to keep our reservations. We won’t be flying Air Canada again as they just don’t have the infrastructure to deal with cancellations.
Flight was delayed due to crew/co-pilot change over delay and Pearson scheduling issue. Flight didn't leave until 20:05 which was 15 minutes before it was supposed to land in YYZ.
Because you didn't have the tarmac clear and then had to unboard a plane I missed my connecting flight to CLE. Cost me a day ... a 30 dollar hotel hamburger ... then the next day THAT flight was an hour late to arrive ...
First of all the flight departing from Deer Lake was delayed for 4 hours due to a problem with the plane. Secondly, I am 6ft 2 inches tall, which is not that tall nowadays, but I had no leg room despite having nothing under the seat in front of me. When the person in front of me reclined his seat just a little bit I could not lower my tray all of the way; it rested on my knee not in a horizontal position. Thirdly, I am tired of Air Canada not reinforcing carry on baggage sizes. On the outgoing flight from Toronto to Deer Lake we had trouble finding space in the overhead bins. Some people were putting luggage in them that were definitely larger than carry on size. Airlines should have all carry on luggage checked (using those gadgets designed for that) before one enters security perhaps at the baggage checking counters. Having it there won’t delay boarding and will put the onus on people to follow the luggage size limits.
The only problem that I have is if you have questions about your flight ✈️ there's no one to communicate with when you call 📱.
Contacting Canada air was a disaster. I will never fly Canada air again. If you called their 1-800 number, you were told that you might have to stay on the line for two hours. That is a disgrace. You should be able to speak to a human within the first 10-15 minutes. I went over to a cluster of phones and a lot of people were on hold with Canada air for 2-3 hours. This is why I will never fly Canada air again.
First time flying with Flair. Their cabin crew was friendly and did not expect to arrive early at our destination. Great budget friendly airline.
flair is a scam. They give the impression that they’re so cost effective with wonderful service. To cut a long story short. You end up paying so much for every little thing (even water) it all adds up to much more than some of their competitors. I’ve tried with Flair for several trips, but I’m done with them now. There’s no real benefit anymore. I would rather pay a little more and get a service that I’m comfortable with. Goodbye to Flair from me.
Their "free personal" requirement is to have your bag fit in a containment frame that is way too narrow and slender than the space under the actual plane seat (the length of my vitamin water was longer than the width of the containment frame. They had personel at the gate literally designated to hounding people's bags in the zone line up, and forcing them to measure their bag again if he felt "the bag might be too big for personal item". If your bag was too big for their scamming measurement criteria you had to fork up $110 CAD for the carry on cost ($85 at the 24hr online pre-check in). Plane had no entertainment, seats did not recline, and no complimentary snacks or drinks. Unless I have a short flight with zero bags, I won't be flying Flair ever again.

Not good Even after I made my booking, I was charged $90 for my boarding pass. I have collected boarding pass i pay $90 near . Flair airline not good. Without pay no boarding pass.
Personally, I will not use this fight again. The service is poor, you have to buy even water. They don't provide anything even sneak, you have to buy. They said Personally items for 7 kg. Then they use some measurements, if you have 7kg and if it's not getting inside of their measurements, you have to pay 80$ this is robbery. I will prefer other flight then this. I am désappointement taking this airplane.
It’s a shameful company. It ask as to go to counter to take the boarding pass, they simply send it by email, just to check the bags’ size in a smaller than normal template. DONT USE FLAIR! It will be more expensive than normal airlines at the end.
Of all the countries I've flown to and airlines from around the world, I have never had such a dismissive an arrogant employee during boarding. After waiting in line for 20 minutes to board, I was sent to a second line for Passport verification. Natalie from Flair, repeatedly tried to scan my passport which didn't work for some reason but was too lazy to input my information manually. Bar code scanners aren't 100% reliable as we all know. She asked me my birthdate 3 times, made me wait to be the last person aboard and then smugly threatened me that my only bag could be charged for (same backpack I used as on my arrival as carry on). Natalie working in Ft. Lauderdale and the was the epitome of lobotomized tiktok brain with the charm of junk mail.
Flight was 3 hrs late and another 2 hrs wait for baggage to arrive on carousel and a $7.00 food voucher that arrived as we were boarding our flight.
