Naples airport not the best ! Boarding via coach to aircraft never the best. Staff and captains announcements good. Flight on time with soft landing. Ran out of sandwiches half way down the plane. !! Not impressed. 7/10 satisfaction overall

The plane was a long way from departure lounge. The plane looked tired but got us there.

No problems except for a completely full flight. But we were add one because of a previous delayed flight.

Overall good, bigger chairs in the future would be nice.

Better training for staff, I didn’t even get a napkin with my drink so it was dripping all over !

We already had a five hour layover in London, and then they cancelled our flight about half hour before we were due to board. They wouldn't give us access to the lounge and hanging around the extremely busy terminal for another three hours until our next flight was crappy. 8 hours in a busy terminal is awful. The least they could have done was give us access to one of their quiet, comfortable lounges for the inconvenience. I heard from others that they do this a lot -- cancel these short flights if they're not completely full. When we got onto the next flight it was absolutely packed and uncomfortable. Just very disappointing. British Airways used to be a great airline to fly with, but it doesn't feel that way at all now.

Everything was fine, on the first leg of my journey from Manchester to London. But, as happened on my outbound journey from the US, there were immense problems. The plane was delayed more than 2 1/2 hours which led to me missing my connecting flight in the US. No hotels were available and I was forced after a 25 hour journey to take a bus to my house. Just unacceptable.

The flight was provided by Aer Lingus and our seats were in a poor condition (15A & 15C). They looked like they needed repairing/replacing and were uncomfortable for such a long flight. Also the arm rests on Aer Lingus planes do not lift more than around 45 degrees, instead of the usual 90 degrees upright, meaning you cannot maximum the space between you & your travel companion so as to be more comfortable for such a long flight.

Boarding took way longer than it needed to, direction to the gate was abysmally indirect at the terminal and late to be displayed. So i had trouble finding the area, and after getting there no display of what group was boarding and it took so long to get anyone boarded
