The friendliness of the attendants, and the quality of the service.
I felt that the whole experience went very smoothly. The aircraft was extremely clean and tidy on boarding. The cabin crew were beautifully turned out very, very efficient and were a credit to Singapore Airlines who are now my favourite carrier.
The flight arrived on time. 2×2 seating meant no one needed to sit in the middle. This was a connectibf flight from Singapore and required going to 3 counters in different levels to check a golf bag
Lounge a access was excellent as was the attentiveness and service from the crew as always. The food and drink supplied were of good quality. The entertainment system had a good selection and I liked the mapping system supplied. However the screen wild have been bigger and the operation a little smoother to navigate. The seats were barely comfortable, but adequate.
Both the staff at check-in counter and on board were pleasant and helpful. My chicken and mashed potato was good, sauce was tasty, but the zucchini, carrot n other accompanying vegetables were over-cooked a little. (I understand the meal has to be prepared earlier). Yet I would fly on Singapore Airlines again and recommend it to family and friends.
The food options and quality could use some more excitement and variety.
We flew business class. It was excellent. For a 6’4” individual, the seats were slightly uncomfortable for sleeping. But this is only comparison to other business class seats. Otherwise, the crew was incredibly attentive, And the service was impeccable.
The booking experience was bad. Our six character booking ID number disappeared the day before the flight, We could not find out what happened or what was the status of our flight, scheduled for the next day. We finally found the right number to contact Singapore Airlines on the matter (not easy). The Singapore agent worked through the issue in a little over thirty minutes on the phone, the day before the flight. That was great. I'm very happy with Singapore Airlines and their performance. Contact with a competent person on the matter was near impossible. It seems no one in business these days wants to deal with customers once they've pocketed the money. There were resellers, including Kayak, involved in the chain. When we finally got through to Underpricer, we did get a return call that could have proved helpful. But by that time the matter had been resolved by the Singapore agent. Majestic Vacations, the reseller who received the payment was less than worthless. That's just a fast buck operation. Ugh.
I was traveling with my 3 minor children, one leg I was seated two aisles behind them. On the longest leg I would have preferred sitting across the aisle from them, not behind. My youngest is 4yos. I understand airplane seating configurations are not the airlines problem but seating the one adult with a reservation apart from the minors was very difficult.

Flight and entertainment great. Food needs to be improved, only one choice on the menu. Staff worked well throughout.
Emirates A380s are always wonderful to fly on. Their crews, food and service are always excellent. They are typically on time and the only thing I would change (maybe newer or upgraded aircraft have this) is bluetooth so I can pair my noise cancelling headphones without a cable.
Crew were excellent and the bar service and chat fantastic. Cheese board delicious. Amenity kit good, very disappointing not getting pyjamas on this leg of the flight and needed to reuse from earlier flight.
Hospitality is good. Should improve on buggage handling because l lost a suitcase. Layover in Dubai was too long , 6 hours
They should resume the fast track for business / first class passengers
Everything was superb, only bad point was that the fast track on London Heathrow arrivals was not handed out to me and I had to go back to the gate to collect it.
All was good. Emirates should restart allowing fast track immigration for business class at Manchester airport. Saves a bit of time
