Good, efficient flights both ways. Didn’t have food and no entertainment so can’t comment on those. Friendly staff that let me move to a row with no one booked.

Delay after delay: no information besides what my Kayak app provided was provided about the delays. The plane was at the gate. Also, the gate, 100A, was incredibly warm, and the sun was beaming in. Boarding was disorganized with no groups announced.
Kayak - EDreams - Eurowings need to define clearer the hand luggage terms. I asked for add. hang luggage got charged by Eurowings for having add. hand luggage that was not included in my booking. I travel alot! I know the size dimensions never paid twice for hand luggage and cannot chase Edreams or put Eurowings in the wrong. Also there was severe delays on this flight. Issue getting bus on arrival and missed connections. Unfortunate will not use Eurowings
We checked in 4 luggage and only got 3 back & lost our 4th luggage. Our flight was from berlin sept 22. We arrived Copenhagen but only received 3 luggage. Missing 1 still 24 hrs after our arrival and our Cruise will be leaving tomorrow 9/24/2023. This is the second time that our luggage gets lost/delayed in Copenhagen
No food on plane.. flights scheduled 55 min..everything is very expensive on aeroport
Smallest seat I have ever seen. And they had a label with more Legroom but in fact where really tiny.
No cancellations but one flight delayed due to arrival airport industrial action. Comfortable
I was held-up at boarding by rude employee who insisted that I had to wait until all other passengers had boarded the lane before issuing me a boarding pass so I can board the plane. I could not check-in earlier and get a boarding pass since I had flown directly from Dusseldorf.
There was an older steward, he is top notch. He is very attentive at the passengers. I do not know his name. Thank you to him.
Easy, straightforward boarding process. Flight attendant was lovely and attentive, food was delicious - especially dinner, I had the roasted chicken in a mushroom sauce with potatoes - and entertainment selection was top notch. I would fly with BA again.
We got delayed for 3 hours and. Missed the connection. This is the 3rd time this happened with this airline
It's useless to complain about the space and the back of the seat, making you sitting vertically like a candle. it's your business model. The "food" - there is no food. But I don't care about the food. It's the seating.
Overall, it was basically good. No serious complaints on my end.
Ok, my flight to Berlin was wonderful, no complaints everything I expected. The flight home however sucked! I hate using four letter words but there it is. The boarding process was horrible, me and others tried to board before with the e ticket, that did not work. Later I found out that it was a cyber attack. But they had 24 hours to get a plan in place. So that when people showed up they could be given information about the problem. The other problem is the help line was not working!
Friendly on board crew, kept informed on flight. Pre-ordered food arrived as ordered
I would like to recognize a crewmember for her above and beyond service. Her name is Emily Milburn. The flight was delayed for more than a couple of hours, as we sat on the tarmac because of a storm in London. I could not connect to the Wi-Fi, which I needed to do to arrange for my follow up flight back to the US. This young lady told me that her cell phone had reception and offered to provide me connection through her phone. I was beyond impressed. Later on the gentleman sitting next to me, could not connect to the charging portal. Emily came back with her personal auxiliary battery and offered to the other passenger. She certainly needs to be recognized by British Airways for going above and beyond what is expected. She was the ultimate professional and very friendly, and I have to admit that, given the delay, the passengers were not the easiest to deal with.

Probably the worst airport in the western world. Unable to self service check in despite have carry on luggage. Check in was T2. Rude reception at check in. Asked why no self service, he said it was new. Asked when it will be self service and he said it’s new. Asked about lounge and he didn’t know. Asked another counter staff and they were more helpful. Gates entrance at T1 so you have to walk to T1 from T2 for security. Long queues at security. Found out this was because the rather authoritarian and rude security staff decided to only let one person loads bags in to security belt when there was room for 3. Guess he didn’t want to be too overwhelmed. After security, I found the lounge. Clean, reasonable. But you then have to walk back to T2 for the gate. What a faff. Cologne airport could be so much better, it’s just not geared up to international travel. Was hoping to make this a future destination to do business but not now.
