It was not clear why the plane was delayed for so long. It meant in the end that we got to Paris after midnight when the RER train had stopped running and the airport was functionally closed. This meant instead of a train ticket, rather a 55 euro taxi to get home. This was an expensive delay."

At the end i paid 60 euro!!!! for that as i didn't have energy to argue and the flight was about to leave. This is the last time i'll use easy jet!!! i'd rather pay more and get some human behavior. very very poor and disappointing experience."

That's total BS! I had to stand in line at customer service for over 45 mins only to be told that there was nothing they could do. Gatwick is freezing cold and I was forced to put on many layers of my clothes just to prevent freezing. It was suggested that I get a hotel room. I was on a tight budget and couldn't afford a hotel, so I was forced to sleep in the terminal. I had a hotel reservation in Berlin for the night that I slept in the airport and lost a day and a half of mt vacation that I can't recover. All in all it cost me an additional 70 euros to re-book as well as $150 for my hotel room and 20 euros on cheap airport food. Im really pissed!"

We had to pay an extra $850 for a one way ticket on top of what we already paid. I understand things happen and people miss flights but the fact they had no intention on dealing with our dilemma especially after their customer service team kept us there 45 min to start with makes me not want to do business with them ever again. Save yourself a hassle and do business elsewhere."

A return flight to Naples earlier in the year and now Palermo shows that their attitude to customer care is slipping badly. All four flights were delayed to a greater or lesser degree. That happens and is usually beyond the control of the airline. What is not beyond their control is the way that they communicate during the delay and the way they treat their passengers. We are people not self-loading freight. Easyjet is fast becoming as bad as British Airways and they are by far the worst. A very frustrating and sad thing to see. The beginning of the end for Easyjet?"

Then when waiting to board, was asked if they could check my other 2 for free cuz they ran out of cabin space! Seriously? You made me pay 50$ to check 1, then want to check my other "approved" ones for free cuz you ran out of cabin space? Just spend the 50$ extra and book with a better organized airline"

It was an absolute joke. On the flight the cabin crew were slow, again no information at all. Just stood there looking useless and chatting ignoring passenger call lights. We landed in Stansted and they couldn’t open the gate as the ground staff “couldn’t find the key” keeping us on the plane for an extra 10-15 minutes with no AC. Terrible experience would never book Ryanair ever again."
Pros: "Very poor! Communication none existent! Plane 2 hrs late. Nothing working...stairs not working to disembark. Sat another 20 minutes. Charged 61.00 for a 15lb check in bag."

Cons: "Boarding is a joke. Priority Boarding (paid) is a joke. Flight was 90 minutes late departing. Seats are so uncomortable and don't recline. Temperature in airplane was too hot. No overhead storage room so if you are travelling light (small bag) you get penalised and have to sit with it at your feet. Truly not the way to fly for anything more than an hour's flight."
Cons: "I did call the Ryanair Airline to confirm my flight 2 weeks before I go to the tours . They told me everything was fine. But when we get to the airport today , they do charged us £180 /4 luggage, we were so mad . I NEVER think about come back to travel with Ryanair Airline and also tell to all my friends and family don't EVER trust Ryanair Airline...!!! Also we're seated separate events the next seat wasn't have nobody... So sad and so mad .... Hopefully the Ryanair Director know about this happening????"

I had to print my boarding pass or face a 50€/£ fee, but I couldn't print one for my return flight because it was more than 48 hrs prior unless I reserved seats so I paid money to avoid paying a made up fee. The money you think you save on Ryanair isn't worth the hassel. Never again."

Cons: "When I was check-in at the airport, the staff in the Basel airport, was so rude. Even though I've done online check in, unable to use online boarding pass. Only said, I have to printing the boarding pass, but I was traveling around country side, so there were no place to printing the ticket. When in the airport , the staff require either online or printing boarding pass, but as my online boarding pass is not working, I said I would like to get boarding pass and willing to pay for it. But she was almost shouting to me and her face looking vey annoyed for doing additional work. I was uncomfortable for her service. And she only said "NEXT TIME!, OK?", her tone was like scold to child. I don't expect either excellence service or big friendly smile, but I paid for ticket and printing, I didn't bagging anything. I really did't understand her attitude, I don't have any reason to heard her shouting voice in the airport after holidays. I was consider never use Ryanair next time, seriously."

Cons: "Queuing for 45 mins at boarding at 21.25 pm which grew to 10.05 pm! no apparent reason for this although we were all given manual luggage tags and then they were checked off again before getting into the plane- the Malaga ground staff could not answer questions as they didn't speak english well enough.. poor. onboard completely overcrowded locals and no help from crew on seating = lots of spare stoats at back.. i.e. space."

There was no communication on the flight boards and no member of staff from Ryanair or other near the gate. At about 12.30 two members of airport staff turned up and started the boarding process and eventually we got away an hour late at 12.55 still none the wiser about the lack of communication, service and delay. It would take a lot to persuade me to fly with Ryanair again."

My husband and I have been separated by more than 30 rows but we had 2 aisle seats! Hopefully a kind person has accepted to exchange his middle seat with my husband seat. In addition, there was no priority to boarding with infant if. You don't pay the priority boarding (although we have to carry the baby in our arm). We have to ask several times to have the specific belt for infant, hopefully it was not our first flight and we knew it was mandatory! We have as well asked for a life jacket for our 4 months baby and they informed us infant and adult life jacket are in the same place above the seat..."

Then you waste time waiting for it to come out."

They'll blame the airport info but it must be sorted. Everywhere, every time we come last. No more flying for us."
Pros: "NOTHING. I haven't had a worse airport/airline experience. I would NEVER fly this airline again. No matter the cost. HORRIBLE I felt taken advantage of and swindled. Not to mention incredibly uncomfortable."
