Everything was great in the business class. Seats 1A and 1C wouldn't recline properly. If i stood up then it did recline, even when the crew checked it he made me stand up recline it all the way and then he said "ok now you can sit" i just laughed it off.

We missed our connection due to technical issues with the plane. We were stuck in Oman Airport for 5 hours, had to overnight there, got rerouted to London, were denied boarding on the plane, were then seated separately (as a family of 5), did not receive any notification of our luggage being in London, were denied boarding for the AA flight to Chicago, and then all seated separately again. Finally our luggage was lost. Worst experience ever. Will never fly on this airline again

The crew could have offered us seats together as the flight was half empty. But overall, the service quality was good as well as the food and entertainment options. Would love to fly Oman Air again.

Although a short regional flight, Oman Air continues to provide excellent service, and personal attention. I always find the Oman Air leg of an international flight less stressful and more personable.

The whole trip was well organised, and pleasantly executed. As with most Qatar Airways flights the staff were particularly attentive and supportive. The Q Suite was the "icing on the cake".

Staff were attentive and professional, and managed to be personable and accomodating at the same time. Oman Air has become my airline of choice.

Omar airways mishandled my baggage, it took me 2 weeks to get my baggage back. It's been delivered to someone else.

For a short flight, Qatar Airways offers very good onboard service.

I liked the overall service and comfort. The only annoying thing was paying for excess baggage at the airport. They have limited options and they don't take all cards.

Boarding procedures are very tiring. We have to clear security twice for our connecting flights from Doha. Also every time we board flights we have to show boarding passes 5-6 times.

Excellent will be flying again in May with Qatar. to Botswana.

I had never seen any cabin crews behaving like that. They are not at all professionally fit for this job

It was the terrific, I was promoted to businessman class, and the service was amazing.

Food could be much better. Entertainment needs lot of improvement. The luggage came out open with broken bags. The flight landed at 3:15 PM in US and by the time bags came out it was 5:15 PM or so. Staff at airport was aggressive and not polite.

Qatar Airlines code share with Indigo has been a terrible experience for me on these notes: 1. Indigo changed by flight without informing me of the change, they did not ask me if I am okay with the change. I discovered this change when I was trying to do online check-in through the Qatar mobile app. When I called Qatar customer support, they mentioned Indigo changed my flight due to the original flight being cancelled, but the fact is that flight was scheduled and departed correctly, it was never cancelled. 2. When asked why my flight was changed without informing me, they mentioned that they sent email/phone call to my travel agent, and it is was my travel agent that did not inform me, which again was another false statement. 3. I called Qatar Airlines (third call on the day of my trip) to request them to put me back on the same flight, they mentioned that they could for an extra $2500, as the original class I was booked on was not available, we are still talking economy only not business class, I said no way. 4. I called the travel agent, and they mentioned that they will work with Indigo and asked me to be prepared to travel on the later flight I was bumped to. While I was making my hotel/taxi arrangements for the new flight, I got a call and email saying they were able to get me on the original flight with no extra cost. So, after 2+ hours of talking to customer support, and a lot of stress on my last day of vacation, I flew back as originally scheduled, but this nightmare is just a horrible experience that I will never fly on Indigo/Qatar again. This was a really enjoyable flight. Even though I was in economy, I had a great deal of leg space, I had a nice meal, and the flight staff was helpful and friendly. A really great flight.

Good range of movies but lacking decent tv shows. Wifi was really expensive on this flight, considering flights under 7 hours have a $9.99 USD charge for streaming, to jump up to $24.99 for a 7 hour 40 flight seemed a little bit of a rip off. Staff are inattentive, and really need to improve on the customer experience.

Very unfriendly team. It was very difficult to get a cup of coffee. Legroom was extremely small. Old, dilapidated plane.

Boarding was quick and efficient. Ground staff were pleasant and courteous. Food was tasty, portions were good for me. Food containers kept slipping on the tray. Tray would look better with an anti-skid tray mat. I had the bulkhead seat which was very uncomfortable for couple of reasons. Aircraft is designed with no throughput to move across aisle to aisle. Passengers kept jumping over my legs to get from one side to the other to use the toilet. Secondly I had a mother and 9 month baby next to me. Mom had to hold baby for 12 hours in her lap as he did not fit into the bassinet. Half the baby was on my lap during the flight. Aircraft temperature was very cold - light attendant said it was the central cooling and nothing could be done about it. Movie selection was very poor old and outdated.

Crew member took too long time to take back leftover food plates from passenger seats. Food was nice.Easy excellent checking.Guy at checking counter was really kind and helpful.Made our checking very quickly. Leftover food should be taken back ASAP. Because in economy class passanger have narrow space . In the long journey like this, passanger have difficulties to sit with the plates.overall experience was good.

Crew did not cooperate… I just asked water twice for one crew member and she didn’t get anything.. and when I asked other crew member he gave me water and he was not respectful.. I kept Hindu non veg meal chicken .. when I get my turn chicken was not provided and then they gave me veg paneer and green peas curry which I don’t like..

Many changes need to be addressed from airport check in to flight departure. If they observe other major airlines, then they can expect what Sri Lankan airlines need to update their procedures.

Because of the bubble agreement b/w India and Srilanka, I was not allowed to board the flight to Columbo. My experience about airport representatives was good. They were through in their job and saved my family from getting stuck in Columbo (as I would not be able to fly to Doha because of bubble agreement). So by their prompt attention, such a catastrophe was avoided. For this reason, even without flying with them, I would rate them 7/10.

The Plane was very small.. domestic route will perfect not international

If I have a choice I would not use this airline. They moved by booking to Smart Wings, an airline they code share with. Changing terminals in buses and dealing with some of the staff associated with it is not the best experience. Having stated that I must share that the crew of Smart Wings airlines was polite.

Consider serving food to all passengers regardless of food reservation status during booking.

This was a smartwings operated flight. Flydubai is no longer value for money. Their prices are as high as emirates whereas delays, services and overall quality is as low as any other low cost carrier.

The only highlight on this flight was the taste of the food, which was surprisingly good. Everything else was below average, and the cabin crew service especially stood out for being slow and inattentive. We were surrounded by toddlers/babies and it made our 4 hour flight feel like 10 hours. Granted, that's not the airline's fault, but it added to the overall subpar experience.

Second-row economy doesn't have leg space if you are 6 feet

Very helpful and welcoming crew, good food in fair quantities, enough space for the legs. Surprisingly good quality for a "lowcoster".

Boarding was almost an hour late but there was no communication. Cabin crew did nothing to ensure people kept masks on and even with seat belt sign on people were wondering around the plane.

Take too much time to get cpnnection flight. Did not get enough time toget refresh even for going rest room it is not enough time. For wheelchaor person like me face too much trouble. Idont wish to go next time in emirat and fly dubai. Not sugest any senior citizon to fly with this.
