The flight got delayed. They forgot to bring the drinks when I asked for it. The toilet is messy.

Horrible! Several delays and then was cancelled! I spent over 24 hours in the airport and was unable to get a hotel or food voucher.

The entertainment is a bit limited, it would be better if they added some games to play besides the movies and tv shows. But the seats are comfortable and the crew is polite

This planes staff was top tier. Everything went great and had a great flight home.

Food was great. Staff was phenomenal. Seats were a bit hard and could use a lot more entertainment options as far as movies to choose from. WiFi was good. Overall great trip.

This was an overnight flight, and in the morning they did know coffee service. How you can throw passengers in a San Francisco airport at 5:40 a.m. in the morning and not giving them Coffee is a crime.

Our flight was delayed several Times due to mechanical issues. Although I understand this may happen at times, it was very inconvenient and we had to book a hotel for an overnight stay. We were traveling with my 3-yo grandson and waiting at the airport from noon until 6:30pm with no reassurance that our next rescheduled flight would depart, we had to decide what’s best for him. A day later, I found out that I may be able to demand compensation if my flight is delayed more than 4 hours. I will hav to read the fine print next time.

The pilot had to extend the flight time from san antonio to Houston to burn off fuel. This caused a lot of unnecessary stress since we had a tight connection to Aruba. And with no other flights going to Aruba we were worried about spending a night in Houston. We had to to run to our connection because of the flight crews mistake. Not happy.

Service was professional and quick. Premium economy seat was comfortable given the class

I'm a United 1K member and have ben for 10 years. The gate agent had no control over the boarding process and had us passengers queued for hours as delays were announced. On the plane, the overhead air nozzle was broken so col over was powering through on me and the passenger next to me. Not a great experience for a million miler on United. Feel free to contact me. Boarding was fine, difficult to understand the guy over the speaker though so we were unsure when exactly to board until they updated the monitor by the gate. Flight itself was fine, nice flight attendants, seats were comfortable enough, good selection of entertainment on the screens. Other airlines at a similar price point have included wifi though, at a minimum messaging, for free, so that was a little disappointing to not have that. But otherwise fine. Food was pretty decent, nice hot meal, good drink selection, nice snacks. Bathrooms were ok, could've been cleaned a little more often, but they were never bad.

Vegetarian food option was very poor. Effectively, overcooked rice ("risotto"). Zero protein which is always disappointing with no vegetables and poorly seasoned. Basically had lots of carbs on 6-hour flight. Not acceptable for business class in 2026. Flight was otherwise very good.

Small plane. Tight seating . What can one say except that it was fast!

Flight crew was very cold and stood around a lot talking to each other.

I sat in the first row behind first class. There was plenty of legroom. The entertainment was great. I saw two excellent movies and one episode of a sitcom. Also enjoyed the flight tracker.

On time, only a little turbulence, very competent and caring attendants. Clear information.

The flights are literally always delayed arriving, boarding and taking off so they are always late for the connection. I planned ahead so I was okay but many others aren't. The food was terrible. The staff was very pleasant. I appreciate boarding back to front.

On a four hour delayed flight now on seats back end of the plane instead front-

My issue is with the SkyWest terminal. The flight was not listed on the main airport flight screen list, and I had to do a Google search to locate the terminal and gate. We had to ask several airport employees where to locate the phantom gate. The airport did not provide adequate signage and was confusing. When we arrived, there was one vendor providing services that quickly closed, leaving zero options for food and drink while we waited hours for our delayed flight. The crew that assisted with check-in and boarding was VERY friendly.

Checked in ok for 3 flights at the airport check-in desk, but apparently I was not checked in to my connecting flights even though I was assured that I was and had seats on all 3 flights. Aer Lingus departure was also delayed for 1.5 hours which gave no time to collect bags to go through customs.
