They didn't open the Check-in desks for almost an hour after they should've been open (even though encouraged us to check-in our carry-on luggage because it was going to be a full flight). They alerted us that the flight would be delayed but slow-rolled informing us of the extent of the delay...which ended up being over 3 hours. As a result of this, I missed my connecting flight and had to stay over-night in Munich when it would've been a lot better for me to just stay in Warsaw another night....Lufthansa wasn't done with me yet though as I had more bad experiences with them after getting to Munich.

The plane was late (as was my flight out from Birmingham the day before)

The booking I made 2 months in advance got changed the week before with another flight and had to pay more for seats and luggage. Not to mention hours and hours on hold to make sure my flight is still booked.

We boarded the plane and waited for 30 minutes ultimately for them to cancel the flight due to engineering issues.

Small plane, only two bathrooms, no screen for videos. Not wide enough seats

Complete mess. Our reservation was mistakenly cancelled. After almost missing the connection and walking all over the Munich airport, the Service desk got involved and we were run to our flight. Not all 4 of us in Business and not seated together as originally booked. This was the worst treatment I have ever had. And I travel a lot. 1K million miler.

Love the little chocolate bars, and consumer rights in EU regarding stepped refunds when flights are delayed.

The boarding process was really slow. The air crew was amazing and the food options and the entertainment were also really great.
