The messaging about the change in flight destination and options for getting to SFO was poor. There should have been frequent updates. When I spoke to the boarding agent moment before we were supposed to board, he was flippant and offered no help before the announcement was made that transportation would be arranged. It was as poor of an experience that I've ever had.

While the flight and the legroom was good boarding took a long time. The different groups Boarding made no sense as those in the back of the flight boarded last causing delays as people try to find room for their luggage in the upper bins. While there were plenty of seats on the flights We were spaced so that some rows were filled and others were empty. My first flight was very crowded and uncomfortable. On the way back both flights did not have Wi-Fi nor the entertainment package. We were only made aware of this a few hours before the flight. Since the flight was in the morning, I was asleep and was not able to download Books or other media to my phone. This is my first time flying Alaska airlines and I will admit to thinking twice before I do so again.

On time, comfortable seats with plenty of leg room, nice staff. Pretty good!

The seat side plug ins didn’t work in my row, and I ran out of things to do since my iPad and iPhone ran out of juice. The flight attendant offered me a free drink but I don’t drink. I suggested a free snack box instead and she just shrugged and walked off. Why do us non-drinkers get the short end of the stick?

The person sitting next to me did not fit in one seat, so I effectively only had half a seat to myself. Airlines should come up with a strategy to sit oversized people in a way whereby they are comfortable but don't disrupt or take over other people's seats. It's unfair.

Excellent flight, hour and half flight so no food was served other than pretzels, which was fine. Excellent , very professional.

Flight was delayed and I for some reason the connection flight was delayed too so I didn’t missed my connecting flight. I paid extra for a main cabin seat and I didn’t even get a complementary drink like it says when you buy those seats.

Average. I have Celiac’s disease though and it would be nice if they offered something other than Biscoff cookies.

Your website has terrible problems:: 1. My last name is is very long and did not fit the area, so I added it to the middle name. I added middle names of both my wife and I and the system did not show that, making my checking terrible. Because of this my passport and ticket didn't match. I spent with 2 agents who called Alaska to change my last name to include it all. 2. No entertainment, no screens to watch anything. The checking line was for ever, too few agents to check you in. I think this will be my last flight with your airline. Fix your system NOW and add checking people when you have so many flight at the same time. Many people missed their flight.
