boarded in a mannerly process, Departed on time, the pilot pointed out my. Kilimanjaro, snack and drink provided-great 1 hour flight

Flight was on time and very comfortable. Staff were friendly and efficient. Food options were good.

Delayed flight made my day very long, but other than that KQ got me to my destination in good shape.

The boarding was fast, the food was great; however, the seats & leg space were tight.

Delayed by 4 hours with inadequate advance notifications which caused us a lot of consternation and angst. I will never fly or recommend your airline again

Seats were great. Business class service has been cut entirely, not even a water handed out

Staff and service on board is always exemplary. Food however could be better.

Flight was delayed for 9 hours. We finally arrived ved at 0435hrs instead of 1950hrs the previous day. No compensation was provided.
