Nice to have reclining seats for a change and great to have internet access
Tivat airport really needs to up its game W Eurowings needs to provide support at luggage collection
Delay after delay: no information besides what my Kayak app provided was provided about the delays. The plane was at the gate. Also, the gate, 100A, was incredibly warm, and the sun was beaming in. Boarding was disorganized with no groups announced.
Kayak - EDreams - Eurowings need to define clearer the hand luggage terms. I asked for add. hang luggage got charged by Eurowings for having add. hand luggage that was not included in my booking. I travel alot! I know the size dimensions never paid twice for hand luggage and cannot chase Edreams or put Eurowings in the wrong. Also there was severe delays on this flight. Issue getting bus on arrival and missed connections. Unfortunate will not use Eurowings
We checked in 4 luggage and only got 3 back & lost our 4th luggage. Our flight was from berlin sept 22. We arrived Copenhagen but only received 3 luggage. Missing 1 still 24 hrs after our arrival and our Cruise will be leaving tomorrow 9/24/2023. This is the second time that our luggage gets lost/delayed in Copenhagen
No food on plane.. flights scheduled 55 min..everything is very expensive on aeroport
Filthy plane, obviously not cleaned properly between flights, food crumbles in seat and carpet
Smallest seat I have ever seen. And they had a label with more Legroom but in fact where really tiny.
No cancellations but one flight delayed due to arrival airport industrial action. Comfortable
I was held-up at boarding by rude employee who insisted that I had to wait until all other passengers had boarded the lane before issuing me a boarding pass so I can board the plane. I could not check-in earlier and get a boarding pass since I had flown directly from Dusseldorf.
Boarding was delayed and we had to get on buses to plane so group # didn't matter. No food or drinks served gratis. Seats were small, knees smashed into the seat ahead, didn't recline. Crew was excellent though.
The flight from Seattle was delayed, which made me miss my connection to Florence. I was re-booked NINE HOURS LATER!!! That’s basically a vacation day lost. British Airways needs to partner with other airlines when possible to get a more realistic travel time, if delays occur. I realize there aren’t many flights to Florence from London, so I would book differently were I to return. The actual flight from Seattle was very comfortable and the crew was great, no faults there. I enjoy British Airways, this was an anomaly.
Our original booking with Kayak -our first experience -was exactly what we wanted and worked well. Updates were friendly and reassuring as were the contacts with UnderPricer so a big win-win. We learned a lot on your reliability and will definitely put you on our organisational list for the future.
The crew could not have been more helpful, my meal was excellent, I slept peacefully until right before landing, and the BA lounge was a godsend. The only negative I encountered was the coffee both on the plane and in the lounge. Not to my taste but that’s a personal preference.
Plane and seats ok. Dinners going and coming back were not fantastic. Breakfast from Seattle to London fine with bagel, cheese and fried egg. Second meal on London to Seattle not my favorite of kind of pizza sauce in a pastry. Came with water about three different times on each of my long flights. Staff on all very friendly and helpful.
I don’t understand why a reputable airline like BA would delegate their London flights to AA. Makes no sense to me, as most domestic carriers do such a poor job these days. Terminal 3 at LHR is a total dump
Uncomfortable seats. Crazy seat assignments separating families when they could easily have put them together. Good communication from pilot about arrival time after delay in departure. Toilet ran out of water in sink. Snack box poor for flight of this length.
The bed in Club class was not very comfortable, everything else was good.
Cancelled flight minutes before boarding. Rescheduled flight was two days later
The flight attendants were EXTREMELY personable and appreciated the service, lights going off after dinner (probably the norm, but I haven’t flown evening overnight flights in a while). Thank you!
