The local Turkish Airlines staff in Helsinki isn’t not aware of immigration laws of Singapore and wanted to refuse even our first boarding and threatened us with deportation on our own from Singapore. We had the next connection to Istanbul and then Singapore. The airline’s online check in system is requesting the visa to download and doesn’t have any option for 96 hrs VFTF passengers. So in general we made the complaint to the airline, as the boarding experience was awful due to unprofessional staff that doesn’t check or want to check the exceptions in the global system.
Surprised for charged $341.00 FOR my luggage. THY opportunist, taken advantage of the people not knowing luggage must be paid.. I flew 7 months ago with Lufthansa same place to Los Angeles my family lives and work in L.A. no luggage PAYS BIG zero .. I WILL NEVER TAKE ANY FLIGHTS ✈️ FROM TURKISH AIRLINES EVER AGAIN 😒 Please Don't recommend TURKISH Airlines to nobody.. I am a retired person. With very limited S.S. check for a month..$341.00 is my kitchen expenses for at list 5 weeks i am a vegetarian salads and sandwiches.. thank you very much for your investigation asking my experience about the flight with ROTTEN Airlines 😀
They have adopted a crazy "no paper boarding passes at all cost policy". We spent half an our at the checkin stall – my elderly mother and her grandchildren were flying. She had no phone reception for some reason (besides being an inexperienced smartphone user), the kids had dumbphones, And they still won't issue a paper boarding pass. We had to do a lengthy dance with getting the boarding pass SMS on my phone and transferring them to her phone via WiFi. This was horrible, honestly. I can't imagine how they could manage it without me being there. Trees (and airline profits) should be less important than people.
I was asked window seat on check in in Dar-es-Salaam. The person on the deck told me "yes, no problem", but gave me 10e and 25b seats! Better just to say "no"

This is not business class. This is premium economy. Total scam to sell this as business class
So boarding is a little slow when you fly 787 but on the 777 the business class had its own entrance. The entertainment can be a little bit more up to date Other than that it was a great experience food and service was great
Staff friendly. Business class but issue with flat bed. Incoming Turkish flight delayed. Made connection due to fast buggy but luggage did not make it. Confusion at Delhi airport
Very small and cramped aisles and seats. Food was poor but the fresh hot roll and hummus was good. No cans of soda given but they had small bottles of water. Crew was nice and pleasant and kept bathroom clean.
