Awful, the plane was on time but Ryan Air chose to use it for another flight that was running late to avoid the 3 hour penalty so our own flight was 1.5 hours late. This meant a 1 am scheduled landing became 2..30 and we missed our car hire which costs us an extra £300 to rebook - bloody shambles

Nothing unexpected considering it is a Ryanair flight. It does the job. Nothing above, at all.

Take off was great but landing is always with a bump.

Flight was over an hour late. Boarding was really messy with long queues at the plane.

Their customer service needs an overhaul. I wish we could access them and the could be more helpful. Also, the website has been crashing and I had numerous technical errors. My flight was cancelled and we spent so much time trying to get help because the tech was failing.

Miserable staff did not want to be there. Very poor atmosphere boarding. Then just basic flight.

It is what you pay for. Always delayed. Very small planes. Hard to fly with kids.

Amazed at huge number of people who hadn’t booked cabin bags with big troller cases and rucksacks, not being stopped, what’s the point in following rules or paying more if you don't have to bother?

The boarding process was fast and easy , but the airport sign was not up on the board, so it was hard to know the correct gate , on the airplane there was NO Snacks and NO water …. Everything needs to be purchase …. It’s not worthy for the price we paid !
