Flight delayed for 2 hours due to a part. The plane sat waiting for boarding for a long time and during final preflight inspection the issue was found. Why not do the preflight inspection sooner if you know the plane is being used?

Very bad , airplain had problem with engines , had to evacuate, had a delay on my trip for almost 4 hours , lost my rental car in london..

Poor seating comfort, seat cushion too thin, very uncomfortable. My luggage didi not make the flight due to equipment change. At least. United had it delivered the next day. I was without my toilet items for one day.

Couldn’t get the tv screen to work, didn’t try food, so no comment

Nothing bad to say about the actual crew or airline. It was nice to have a complimentary FULL can of soda, as well as a snack. Blankets and earbuds were also provided at no cost for this red eye flight. I especially appreciated the free WiFi and movie selection with the Bluetooth option. It helped the flight pass more quickly. No matter who you fly, boarding and disembarking are always SUCH a pain. As I mentioned, this is on the passengers and not the crew!!

Improve food options. Do not charge so much for checked bags. As some who paid 990 EUR fir the round trip international flight it is horrendous to pay another 140 for 1 checked bag.

I liked the friendly crew and desk staff, all very helpful. I was surprised and a little annoyed on my outbound flight from LGW to MCO as I had prepaid and booked my seat, which was all correct at check in on my boarding pass. when I got on the plane someone was in my seat ! I was moved to another seat. The food choice is quite limited and I feel that an option of a muffin for breakfast snack would be welcomed, not everyone wants egg or bacon wrap. The choice of entertainment is good, plenty to keep you busy on a long haul flight. I liked the option offered to have the cabin bag checked into the hold, it saved me as an older, lone traveller lifting my case into the overhead locker or finding there was no space.

My luggage never arrived in Miami; still waiting a day later.

Both flights were delayed. I lost my connection on the way back. No voucher or anything was givenx I had business ticket and no support to make it on time. I got to the door running 5 min after they close. Food really bad. Breakfast in business was worst that I what I remember in economy. Even though I have accumulated many miles, I don’t think Inwill keep buying Iberia. I am a frequent business traveler.

Appalling! The flight was delayed by 3.5 hours and the American Airlines staff at the airport where nit very helpful. Once boarded, the flight crew were unhelpful, the food was poor and the aircraft was tatty.

I called prior to flying to confirm our baggage allowance which was 5 bags. On our outbound flight thee were no problems. On the return flight we were charged for each bag totaling $400! We are working with customer service to resolve the issue.
