We were sent to a 3rd counter where the Supervisor was chatting with a lady for 20 minutes. When we reached the counter we were told it was too late to board and we had missed our flight even though there were still 35 minutes to flight time. Turkish Airlines staff would not help us any further and we had to go purchase another ticket."

After heavy protests, they let the waiting passengers back into the terminal. Cons: "I am a skyteam member and have platinum status with delta and prior to leaving for my trip I had contacted air europa with my skymiles number and was told baggage was included. Upon arrival to airport my status was ignored and I was refused when asked to speak with a manager. I ended up having to pay 60 euros in baggage fees and then was not allowed to board as sky priority despite showing the airline my status."

Pros: "Two meals and some in-flight entertainment. Not too bad. You can order a special meal (such as vegetarian) by calling the service center, and it's served first."
Cons: "Red-eye flight, econ seat uncomfortable for sleeping. Fewer entertainment options than other airlines"

Pros: "Food is poor , pasta have not taste n the portion not enoug"

Pros: "The crew was friendly and one started bording it when ok."
Cons: "It was delayed, as normally, 45 mins this time. Awful experience going through security in CDG I would avoid that airport at all cost. Randomly making you wait luggage before security, with add extra 30 mins to the security processes, not sympathy of staff even if flight people may miss their flight."

Cons: "The delay"

Pros: "The boarding was easy. Having a blanket and pillow at my seat."
Cons: "The delay and short time between flights to get to gate and get through customs. Having no in flight entertainment for a 7.5 hour flight. There was not a vegetarian snack option for my daughter."

Pros: "The flight was easy to board when it was time. We left and arrived on time."
Cons: "There was only one person initially checking people in. Then when there was a second person, she was going to make us move to the end of the other line after waiting 30 minutes. She did end up taking us, but it was only after conceding that."

Pros: "Friendly staff. Good proportion of quality-price for the airfare. Pleasant ride on a Boeing 787 Dreamliner, with features like the electronic dimmers on the windows."
Cons: "One hour into flight, the entertainment system shut down. The flight attendants tried their best to revive it, and managed to do so after 3 or 4 hours. All passengers applauded."

Pros: "The tvs on this flight worked, and they gave you water when you asked for it."
Cons: "Our flight from Barcelona on Air Europa took off late (because they shuttle you out in groups of 40 to the tarmac to board the plane). We arrived in Madrid and about 37 Boston bound passengers had to make a mad dash through the airport from terminal E to terminal A... a 22 minute dash. When we landed there was already "final boarding" listed. ( It would have been nice if the told us they would/could hold the plane). afyer our sweaty group arrived, we were stuck on the tarmac an additional 55 minutes because of traffic."

Pros: "The prive was ok"
Cons: "Late, disorganized boarding, group pf adolesccentes traveling behind me were very rowdy and on an early morning flight they have to be asked by the flight personnel to be respectful to the other passengers"

Pros: "Great price to value ratio, attentive crew, good food. Wifi available."
Cons: "Older panes with no phone jack charging options. What's the use of Wifi if your battery runs low or dies. They have charging ports in Business Class. I don't remember the last time I was on a plane with at least phone charging ports."

Pros: "Price was great, flight crew very attentive, even the food was good."
Cons: "The seats didn't have a port to charge phones. Older planes with antiquated tech. Monitors on back of seats were also outdated. Plane was late leaving Madrid."

Pros: "New aircraft"
Cons: "Flight was late. Boarding attendant was lacking communication skills. Crew was fine, but I asked for a sleeping mask and although the flight attendant said he'd see to help me, he never returned. Not even to say, he didn't couldn't help me. Food (I only ate breakfast) was less than appealing. Movies were all old. Seat was so slim, every time we touched our tv or pocket, the passenger in the front seat was upset."

Cons: "The plane was stroked by a lightning, the flight was awful and the logistics after the incident . Terrible experience"

Cons: "I am 6'5" and didn't fit in my seat since the year would provide me a en exit row seat."

Cons: "There wasn't any entertainment. But this was a short flight, so was expected."
