Pros: The legroom on the plane was good. The canin crew very friendly and service good. Flight was generally very comfortable.
Cons: The flight was delayed for over an hour which was difficult as we I’d a connecting flight to catch.
Cons: 12 hour flight with no in flight movies unless you paid an extra EUR 10. Food tastes bad, plus I was skipped from the second meal despite having prepaid for it (flight attendant overlooked that my seat was on a list, part of the problems that come with nickeling and diming for every single thing including even meals on an international flight). Despite flying to the US, attendants consistently only spoke German to me and my wife, did not speak on both German and English.
Pros: Price was good
Cons: Marginally confusing online check in instructions. Gate attendant wasn’t helpful and tried to charge us 55 euro to check in. Everything is ala carte but I understood that when buying the ticket. Flight was more than 1 hr late. Gate attendant was rude and gave wrong information. Boarding process was not well managed. Made it to destination with bags.
Pros: Crew were brilliant and I felt well looked-after.
Cons: Bizarre flight with lunch of pasta and broccoli at breakfast time and then the whole flight was in the dark as most people were sleeping. Grotty 22-year old plane.
Cons: on easy jet, if you do it check in online 34 hours before the flight you get bumped to standby. This is not made clear in any emails or confirmations. Despite purchasing a ticket in advance I almost missed my flight because I checked in at the airport.
Pros: The original price
Cons: I booked my flight on the 5th of July, an email was sent to me stating that the boarding pass will be sent within 4 hours, it wasn't sent to me. I tried checking in on the website, it gave me an error message that online checkin ended on the 4th of July. when i went to the airport, they asked me to pay a checkin fee, and when I told the staff member about my issue she said she needed proof, I couldn't pull mu email out at that moment to show her and the flight was almost there. so i paid €55. I would appreciate a refund
