Pros: One of the flight attendants was very rude and seemed bothered when I inquired about a meal since I was sleep when they originally handed them out and said that I would have to wait u til the next meal period.

Cons: She could have informed me they where no longer available.

Pros: The in-flight entertainment was awesome. I was able to watch NFL games the entire flight which made the flight go by super quick. Our flight was also ahead of schedule which was great as well.

Cons: The seats were a little tight together. I didn't even have enough room to put my laptop on my lap.

Cons: Needed assistance for limited mobility to make connections at ATL was not provided. Caused us to miss connections and had two falls trying to get around. Air France was terrible. Very limited food and beverage service left us hungry and thirsty on 7 to 10 hour flights.

Pros: Nothing... terrible experience. I’m 6’.3” tall absolutely no legroom. I verything was for sale during the 9 hours flight. Not even some free water. The cabin crew members were unfriendly.... nasty!

Cons: This airline need to go out of business ASAP.... very poor customer service.

Cons: Kiwi.com said in ALL their communications that the weight limit for carry on luggage was 7 kilograms, even though Norwegian air's website said the limit was a much more reasonable (but still skimpy) 10 kilograms. When we got to the airport, they confirmed it was 10 kg.

Cons: Boarding was chaotic. The flight attendants never even asked us if we wanted anything to drink- never! Not even water. They were just too busy serving those who were buying food and drinks on board. For a 4-hour flight?!!! Simply unacceptable.

No nonsense staff who had all connecting flight info on hand when we arrived in Abu Dhabi. KLM staff were friendly and efficient. Fabulous airline.

Cons: The flight was delayed, then we loaded onto an airport bus where we stood, sweating, for about 10 minutes before the bus left. Once we got on board it took forever for people to be seated, and some people were having their seats switched and others couldn’t find anywhere to put their luggage.

It was left behind in Paris on our way to Casablanca causing us to waste a day in Casablanca traveling back to the airport the grab the bag the next day. And to add injury to insult her bag was left behind in JFK during our transfer for our flight to Seattle. No big deal right, Delta will deliver the bag to our house the next day, wrong, we were told we have to go to the airport ourselves to get the bag.

Cons: My second (of three) flights was late. United texted me that my next gate was a “2 minute walk” from my arrival gate. Instead, it was a 15 minute walk plus a shuttle bus away. The gate didn’t change, the info was just wrong. Fortunately, my third flight was delayed about 30 minutes. But this also was not communicated in the United text until late.

Pros: I was stopped at gate check in and taken to one side as passport security had reported that I was intoxicated. I was badly injured in the armed forces and have lost my hearing which affects my balance. I asked for an aisle seat as I'm a big guy as s personal trainer. But was given seat E. Next to a huge obese guy. He slept whole journey, must of had nightmares and jumped and banged me repeatadly. I had the first meal, which was not great but edible. I couldn't eat it properly as I couldn't move my left arm due to the blob Sat next to me. I asked the stewardess to wake me at the meal times so I could get more food. She didn't. Not once. I couldn't even get out the seat to go toilet or get any of the help yourself stuff outside the toilets due to the fat blob I was put next too. Totally disgusted with the whole flight and crew when everytime I've used the same company before it was excellent.

Pros: The food was very nice. The IFE was very nice as well. The seats were comfortable.

Cons: The was a lot of profanity used by the attendants that was not necessary. Secondly I reserved a front row seat in online check in, but it did not allow put mean in that seat. Which if they were full would be understandable, but every single one was empty.

Cons: There was no soap in the toilets on the stretch from Sydney to Dubai. The film choice also seemed poor.

Cons: More water brought to the seats. The landing was strange. The pilot pulled up on the first approach and when the second approach was completed the steering was stuck. They ultimately got the steering to work.

Cons: The experience in the Frankfurt airport was terrible! We had arrived from Rome with an hour between landing and boarding. When we were directed to security at Gate Z, there was a huge mob of people, not really in lines. We didn’t know what we were waiting for or where to stand, but we and others around us were very worried about missing our next flight. There was no Lufthansa representative to help. Finally someone directed some of us to a long roundabout back way to Gate Z security. We did get to our gate in time for boarding, only because it had been delayed. Then we sat in the plane for over half an hour. Altogether, it took off more than an hour late, so we missed our flight from Chicago to Minneapolis.
