Pros: The crew was friendly and polite. Cannot complain. The seat in Premium Economy was better than expected. Certainly worth the upgrade.

Cons: The food was good but could have been better. I don't really know what to normally expect. The cloth napkins and metal flatware were certainly appreciated.

Cons: The food was not as good as other Asian airlines. Transferring planes in Manila is a nightmare. They performed an extensive passport check and 2 additional security checks for everyone. Took almost 2 hours. Had to be chaperoned to the next terminal. Manila airport is a disorganized mess. Not the airlines fault but be aware when transferring through Manila

Pros: None!!!!!!! Because i pay for my seat assignment and they give me the wrong seat and they say no refunds because they cannot allocate the seat assignment that i bought.

Cons: They have should have a refund policy and they should have hire more profesional when in comes to customer service.

Pros: The crew was excellent, however I had a very serious problem upon checking in as I DISCOVERED AM NOT ALLOWED A SINGLE KG OF LUGGAGE.THE AIRLINE ASKED ME TO INFORM THE AGENT WHO DID NOT MAKE IT CLEAR WHEN I WAS BUYING THE TICKET.THAT HAS COST ME A LOT OF ANXIETY AND BIG$$
