The pilot missed the first landing, was going too fast and had to turn around. We circled the London eye 3 times. When we were actually landing it was extremely bumpy and on the way down the plane was tilting back and forth a lot. They were going too fast when we landed as well, I have never been in a plane that has landed so poorly, and I have travelled a lot and used many different airlines. It was worse than any budget airline I've been on. As we were driving back to the terminal, the pilot stopped short for some reason. Things were not explained clearly. I will not be flying with airfrance again and will be sure to spread the word of this awful experience."

A response to my query which I sent to Blue Air arrived when I was in the air on the flight! It only repeated the baggage section of the Confitions document! Thank goodness for the excellent airport check-in staff and the Flight Crew!"

The sandwich with one sliver of ham was pathetic and the main meal was lacking with only chicken and rice, a small desert, no fruit/ salad and or crackers with cheese which is the norm on international flights."

Then no cold drinks on plane and no ice till I made a fuss - suddenly I had ice!!! Charged my card in £ instead of € No hot food. Card machines not working - no wifi!! Doh!! All in all appalling customer service/ PR The crew were exhausted and over it - their job to to care for passengers - I think one went off in tears??"

Pros: "I regularly fly between Luton & Paris. The Easyjet staff are always happy and professional - on this flight Christopher & Sarah. Their welcome is sincere and the warmth of their hospitality is maintained throughout the flight, as it is with many of their colleagues. I ordered hot food which was not anything beyond OK - but it was as expected, and promptly served on the short flight. The variety of drinks and snacks is good, and the offers on boutique products is worth a look. The flight was comfortable and on time."
Cons: "It seems that fairly regularly the overall experience is marred by inconsistent levels of service by the support services at Luton Aiport (which I believe is run by Menzies). Over several occasions I have waited some time for steps to arrive, and yesterday, it was the availability of coaches to take the passengers to the terminal building. It is as if there is a breakdown in the overall organisation, which is not directly the fault of Easyjet - but being their home base, over which you would expect that Easyjet could exert some influence. The delay was not severe on this occasion, but just takes the edge off an otherwise pleasurable experience."

Now I was asking to pay 94 euro for my suit cases. I spoke to Manager (customer service leader) Celine about whole thing. She saw my picture (it said "you have successfully update your booking. and 44.46 euro has been taken.). She told me it does not mean anything. It just says updated.???? Am I missing something? It said the fee has been taken. I told her I don't mind to pay the fee. I asked her so many times please let me pay 44 euro For 2 bags, NOT a 94 euro for 2 bags. She said there no exception. The computer said NO evidence of payment. I have to pay 94euro for 2 bags because there were no Evidence. There is an evidence. I paid 94 euro at the checking counter for 2 bags. why they were cheap price? There is a reason for that. I learned from this unfair service from EasyJet. I will never recommend anyone and I will never take it in the future. I have should stay with Air France or Virgin Atlantic from the beginning."

Cons: "Horrible experience! I missed a very important meeting! Flight from LTN to CPH (EZY2445). Flight was suppose to take off at 7:00am. When we board at 6:40 we are told we are not taking off until 7:30a, (why did we even board then?) And then when the plane is nearly on the runway to take off, one of the crew members decides to mention she is sick so we have to turn back. Two points here: 1. If you are sick, why didn't you call in? 2. from 6:40 - 7:30am you did not know you were sick?? You wait until we get on the runway, after we finally get a spot in the Que? So then we get back to the gate, take a good 10- 15 mins for her to walk off and a new cabin crew to come on (not to mention she looked fine walking off, i mean she was probably sick but sick to bring the plane back from the runway - not so sure). Following this, apparently the plane needed re-fueling because we went to the runway and back. Now this is a bit worrying. The fact that we just went to the runway and back and the aircraft needed more fuel. What if we had to wait in the air for additional minutes for air traffic would we run out? just a thought.. Ok well all this happened. And then guess what - we have to wait another 45 mins in the que for take off! At this point it was very clear i was going to miss my meeting given it was already 9am. After all this a passenger sitting next to me asked if we can at least get a complimentary coffee or tea, which initially he received a NO because the flight has to be delayed a MINIMUM of 3 hrs before we can get that. He had to raise a fuss, for them to say ok we will ask the captain, the opp team, the air traffic control (FOR COFFEE OR TEA!!?) . Overall horrible experience, and i missed a a very important meeting. Will be reconsidering my airline choice in the future."

Very cramped, long queues at passport control, toilets out of order everywhere, awful decor, terrible signage. Dirty crowded, depressing. And the train service at the station is also dreadful."

Cons: "People were called to the gate according to original departure time, although the flight was delayed (this info was give via loudspeakers.) I for one had to rush from a coffee shop, thinking that we are now boarding. Instead I had to stand up for 45 min (no seats in the corridor) to get into a boarding area, just to continue standing as all the seats were taken - I wasn't the only one, there were mothers with small children who couldn't find a seat either. Temperature was about 30 oC. Suggestions: 1. Don't alert people too early. 2. Offer water when temperature is so high and wait so long. 3. Ask young men playing games on they smartphones to give up their seats to those who have difficulty standing up."
