Pros: Good Crew. Landing was very smooth

Cons: line to drop bag was so long!! but on the plus side, we were through it in an hour and didn't miss our flight!

Pros: Safe trip and very nice crew.

Cons: Something to work on is organizing the flights in order when you are checking in. I arrived and it was a mess, we didn't know where to go and which line to take. Please make sure you put signs so we can follow and be more organized.

Cons: update the gate info correctly and immediately. I was directed by app to go B5A but actually it is B5 gate in SEA-TAC

Pros: The plane ✈️ itself the attendants . The entertainment on board. Really great

Cons: Nothing dissatisfying about the flight nor the airline staff . Very polite, very professional. It was a Great flight. For long trips this airline is one of the best.

Pros: Crew were excellent

Cons: Old aircraft. Uncomfortable seats in economy. Entertainment screens old and almost impossible to watch - watched my iPhone! No mobile phone charger.

Cons: Keep the temperature at a more reasonable level. Blankets + two layers of clothing was definitely not enough.

Pros: 15 years ago I told myself not to fly Delta anymore. But these 2 flights Detroit to Amsterdam and back changed my mind. I enjoyed the flight very much and I'm looking forward to the next one.

Cons: Communicating take off time!!! It changed multiple times by one three hours and ended up flying the next day!

Cons: Despite zone boarding, boarding and disembarkation were very slow. Passengers like me with flight connections were very anxious regarding missing these.

Pros: KLM STAFF WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL

Cons: SOME CREW MEMBERS WERE ABIT RUDE. THEY NEED TO WORK ON THEIR ATTITUDE

Pros: Flight arrived on time

Cons: No food provided "due to a strike the previous day". Not sure why this would impact on providing a sandwich or snack particularly when champagne was still available for first class passengers.

Pros: Everything was on time and ran smoothly. The seats seem to have more room than most airlines. They were generous with drinks and snacks

Pros: The crew was awesome! The steward was engaging and made us all laugh and feel comfortable for a short flight when he didn’t have to. He had a great sense of humor and gave the kids cookies and wings. Something I haven’t seen in many years. He and the pilots were great!

Cons: Flight wasn't full. I could have been seated somewhere else since passenger next to me was quite large and invading my personal space

Cons: we boarded on time and were on tarmac for over an hour and a half with no explanation, no beverages.

Pros: Smooth and fast.

Cons: Headphones should be free. Also some free food would be nice.

Pros: Nassau security line was quick. US Customs line was quick.

Cons: The Delta line to drop my bags was long and unorganized. The ticket agents were moving in slow motion. I waited over an hour to drop my bag. I thought I was going to miss my flight.

Pros: Flight was good and crew were good. Nothing very outstanding but by no means a terrible flight.

Cons: The in flight screens weren't working well.

Pros: Crew from GNV to ATL was very pleasant.

Cons: On time departure to ensure that I was able to catch connecting flight instead of missing it and being placed stand by on the next available flight.

Pros: Crew nailed it. Came by not just for food and drinks but also frequently enough to collect trash/plates/empty cups.
