Crew were friendly and polite

The boarding procedure at Stanstead is terrible - lots of standing around, partly due to a delayed inbound plane, however we were all still assembled on time and this was not communicated until we were all standing in line. Seat rows are too close together - my knees were pressed against the seat in front the whole flight.

Confusion at the gate as two planes seemed to be boarding through the same gate. Then a long wait outside in the sleet, as steps to the back door of the plane had frozen and could not be used. Once again seated nowhere near my travelling companion. As we bought both tickets at the same time and printed the boarding passes at the same time, it looks like Ryan air deliberately seats people separately to force them to pay extra to change seats.

It would jump back a page, add products that I did not want (such as early boarding) without me selecting those products, etc. Finally after quite some time, I was able to check out only with the products I actually wanted (luggage fees). I received a confirmation email, and therefore I assumed we were good to go. We arrived at the airport to find out according to the staff we had only partially checked in. They could see that we started the process but since we apparently did not fully check in, we were charged £90 (45 per person) to check in at the airport. When I emailed Ryanair customer service and explained the entire situation, they absolutely could not have cared less. As a seasoned traveler, this one really takes the cake for poor customer service. Absolutely the worst experience that I've had with an airline. I will never fly with them again.

It was not clear how the different systems worked for carry on baggage, etc. Boarding is awful as you do not know your gate until the last minute, so if you have questions about your flight you don't know where to go to ask, and then everyone crowds into a queue prior to boarding because they've just leaned where to go, shoving people out of the way. They charge ridiculous amounts of money for everything, so a reasonable fare is really not a good fare at all at the end of the day. I would absolutely NOT recommend this airline to anyone who is from out of country or doesn't travel 20+ times a year as they would not be able to navigate this airline's manipulations to extort extra money out of people.

Plane was half hour late and they refused to post that it was delayed. We landed 30 min late. We also SLAMMED into the Tarmac, felt very close to a crash landing. It was a scary. I have never had such a violent landing. Couldn't have been good for the plane. All the passengers were clearly worried. Not the way you want to stay a trip. Not comfortable w this trip, probably wouldn't recommend Ryan. It also feels like your on a subway car in the sky.

Failing to check in before getting to the airport will result in them selling your already bought ticket to someone else. This happened to me and had to by a one-way ticket with British Airways at double the cost of the original return ticket from EasyAir. Did not even try to help.

The boarding was quick and efficient

The amount of seat space is very limited. I am 5' 8" and my knees were touching the seat in front of me and I had to sit almost all the flight with crossed arms as I had a middle seat. Cheap flight, cheap seats.

When I go to check in hours early they tell me the flight is full and now I have to pay 117$ to check my bag and my wife’s bag. On top of that the woman sitting in the isle next to us shows up onboard with a bag and the flight crew offers to store her bag for no additional charge... language made it impossible to debate so I bit my tongue.

It was not clear how the different systems worked for carry on baggage, etc. Boarding is awful as you do not know your gate until the last minute, so if you have questions about your flight you don't know where to go to ask, and then everyone crowds into a queue prior to boarding because they've just leaned where to go, shoving people out of the way. They charge ridiculous amounts of money for everything, so a reasonable fare is really not a good fare at all at the end of the day. I would absolutely NOT recommend this airline to anyone who is from out of country or doesn't travel 20+ times a year as they would not be able to navigate this airline's manipulations to extort extra money out of people.

everything. I was told afterwards that this is standard practice. Late, Late, Late. Only one carry on making you pay for 20 kilos when the bag weighs 5 Had to check two 5 killo bags for 40 BPS! So much for low faresl Dishonesty. Walk Walk Walk Walk

EasyJet over booked and said that there were no seats available for us. After arguing we eventually boarded. Only to find there were very disruptive and drum passengers sitting behind us.

Very affordable flight with the basics to fly. Crew were polite and professional.

No entertainment, no reclining seats, pay for food.

Plane was half hour late and they refused to post that it was delayed. We landed 30 min late. We also SLAMMED into the Tarmac, felt very close to a crash landing. It was a scary. I have never had such a violent landing. Couldn't have been good for the plane. All the passengers were clearly worried. Not the way you want to stay a trip. Not comfortable w this trip, probably wouldn't recommend Ryan. It also feels like your on a subway car in the sky.

Plane was fine, crew was pleasant, flight was on time.

We checked a golf bag. It was disaster trying to retrieve it at Stanstead. It took one solid hour, three people, and my husband finally having to get it out or the security area himself.

Crew were friendly and polite

The boarding procedure at Stanstead is terrible - lots of standing around, partly due to a delayed inbound plane, however we were all still assembled on time and this was not communicated until we were all standing in line. Seat rows are too close together - my knees were pressed against the seat in front the whole flight.

Separate seating. Two of us flew under one booking. We got seats at opposite sides of the airplane, although there were seats available to sit together

There was nothing to like about this airline

Staff was rude. No food was provided. Charging extra money for no reason. It’s all about money money money with shitty service.

The boarding was quick and efficient

The amount of seat space is very limited. I am 5' 8" and my knees were touching the seat in front of me and I had to sit almost all the flight with crossed arms as I had a middle seat. Cheap flight, cheap seats.
