The process of checking in online was very misleading. While checking in online, their website continuously glitched. It would jump back a page, add products that I did not want (such as early boarding) without me selecting those products, etc. Finally after quite some time, I was able to check out only with the products I actually wanted (luggage fees). I received a confirmation email, and therefore I assumed we were good to go. We arrived at the airport to find out according to the staff we had only partially checked in. They could see that we started the process but since we apparently did not fully check in, we were charged £90 (45 per person) to check in at the airport. When I emailed Ryanair customer service and explained the entire situation, they absolutely could not have cared less. As a seasoned traveler, this one really takes the cake for poor customer service. Absolutely the worst experience that I've had with an airline. I will never fly with them again.

You get what you pay for. That is exactly what easyJet is. Do not accept anything more. Some passengers decide that they are allowed 2,3 even 4 pieces of hand luggage! That annoys the crew and they make EVERYONE check the sizes of the luggage. That is just annoying. You know you’re only allowed one piece. Why bring more? To get from a to b this is the best service you’ll ever find. I have used it many time and have had no problems, personally. It’s amazing value for money.

Annoying people who think that they can get away with more hand luggage. It’s not going to work. Stop doing this as the crew will make you put it all in one bag. It’s not worth it!! Pay for an extra bag if you need to!! It just annoys the rest of us!

Staff were lovely and very attentive, and frequently passed through with bags to collect rubbish so you didn't have to sit with it for hours. Overall it was a relatively comfortable flight despite being a bit on the cramped side. A female crew member handled a disruptive group promptly and very calmly during the safety demonstration which others may have just ignored.

Seats don't recline and padding is very thin. Food is overpriced (£2.50 for a tea, £14 for bacon roll and drink with "free" crisps) brought my own food so wasn't an issue but it was extortionately priced and put me off buying any other snacks or drinks. No entertainment. Unfortunately boarding was late and a bit chaotic, which led to a half hour wait after flight restrictions were placed.

Plane was half hour late and they refused to post that it was delayed. We landed 30 min late. We also SLAMMED into the Tarmac, felt very close to a crash landing. It was a scary. I have never had such a violent landing. Couldn't have been good for the plane. All the passengers were clearly worried. Not the way you want to stay a trip. Not comfortable w this trip, probably wouldn't recommend Ryan. It also feels like your on a subway car in the sky.

The option to have an early boarding for not too high a premium was good for me. The flight crew was good, we were kept apprised of the schedule, weather, etc. Arrived early and comfortable enough.

The crew traveling out of Rome was pleasant is the only thing positive I can say.

-we paid extra for priority boarding and did go through the line first to board the shuttle to the plane but then they had everyone else from the overbooked plane crowded like sardines into the same shuttle. It was a waste of money. -traveling to Rome on Ryanair we took samsonite carry on luggage onto the plane with no problems. Leaving Rome we were told to recheck our luggage size. The wheels stick out a little and they made us pay 100 Euros to check our bags. Once on the plane we saw many passengers with luggage and bags much larger than our own and did not have to pay to have them checked. We were the only Americans on the plane. -The seats do not recline and are at a 90 degree angle which is very uncomfortable for a 3 hour flight. -the crew traveling to Rome was very rude. -the seats were dirty with food and crumbs before I sat down and there was trash and food on the floor. It is as if the plane is not cleaned routinely.

Failing to check in before getting to the airport will result in them selling your already bought ticket to someone else. This happened to me and had to by a one-way ticket with British Airways at double the cost of the original return ticket from EasyAir. Did not even try to help.

They could see that we started the process but since we apparently did not fully check in, we were charged £90 (45 per person) to check in at the airport. When I emailed Ryanair customer service and explained the entire situation, they absolutely could not have cared less. As a seasoned traveler, this one really takes the cake for poor customer service. Absolutely the worst experience that I've had with an airline. I will never fly with them again.

Cheap ticket

Delayed an hour, have to pay for any seat now, regardless of when you check in. Boarding was horribly slow and inefficient. Absolutely rubbish and I never want to fly with them again.

The crew traveling out of Rome was pleasant is the only thing positive I can say.

-we paid extra for priority boarding and did go through the line first to board the shuttle to the plane but then they had everyone else from the overbooked plane crowded like sardines into the same shuttle. It was a waste of money. -traveling to Rome on Ryanair we took samsonite carry on luggage onto the plane with no problems. Leaving Rome we were told to recheck our luggage size. The wheels stick out a little and they made us pay 100 Euros to check our bags. Once on the plane we saw many passengers with luggage and bags much larger than our own and did not have to pay to have them checked. We were the only Americans on the plane. -The seats do not recline and are at a 90 degree angle which is very uncomfortable for a 3 hour flight. -the crew traveling to Rome was very rude. -the seats were dirty with food and crumbs before I sat down and there was trash and food on the floor. It is as if the plane is not cleaned routinely.

The boarding is terrible in Budapest. Nothing too specific about easyjet, but the gates that they have there is really weird (gate a12 to a19). You basically have to step out of the airport to go on the runway, to reach a secondary building right next to the plan. The issue is that its freezing outside and in this building. And since it's a boarding gate you easily have to wait 20-30 minutes standing up in the cold. Even worse, some people couldn't fit in the building since the line was too long, so they had to wait outside by -1°C.

Failing to check in before getting to the airport will result in them selling your already bought ticket to someone else. This happened to me and had to by a one-way ticket with British Airways at double the cost of the original return ticket from EasyAir. Did not even try to help.

The process of checking in online was very misleading. While checking in online, their website continuously glitched. It would jump back a page, add products that I did not want (such as early boarding) without me selecting those products, etc. Finally after quite some time, I was able to check out only with the products I actually wanted (luggage fees). I received a confirmation email, and therefore I assumed we were good to go. We arrived at the airport to find out according to the staff we had only partially checked in.
