As always, Lufthansa checked my carry-on luggage, even though I was in front of the line. No other airline in the world does this. It's so annoying and unnecessary. There was enough space for it in the overhead bin. It's a TUMI Continental Carry-On. If you have the chance, rather fly easyJet or Condor on this route.

Good communication via the app regarding the delayed departure. Uncomfortable seat for tall passengers. Could not straighten my legs.

3 4 3 seats are cruel, the average person should be able to fit in the seats and this was not the case. I was at an angle for hours just to remain in my seat .

Someone sat in my seat and this made boarding protracted and unpleasant. The stewardesses kept saying, “it is important that everyone be seated — or we will be further delayed,” but for a long time they did not tell me where to sit. At the end of the flight a baby screamed loudly for several minutes and it took ninety minutes (!) to get through EU passport and customs. We had to stand the whole time in a an overheated room. The seat on the plane was narrow. These things are not all Lufthansa’s fault but they made for a somewhat unpleasant trip.

Everything about the flight was excellent except for the fact that we had to wait one hour on the tar app and then I had to race to catch my connecting flight with the next stop

Efficiency of staff, and comfort and cleanliness of aircraft was all great. Maybe a hot drink without payment at that time in the morning would be good!

Absolutely the most awful experience in the history of service from gate agents to baggage handlers. Never will i use kayak or Lufthansa again. Ever.

Never flown with LH before so all in all wasba good experience. Also good to know that approx 24hrs prior the flight opens up for being able to organise the seating free.

One of my suitcases was left in Frankfurt during the layover. The suitcase arrived the next day so, I had to get a cab to drive me for over 200 kilometers to go back to the airport to pickup the suitcase. After I picked up the suitcase and left the airport, I realized that one of the wheels of the suitcase is broken. When I tried to submit a complaint, the system did not allow me to do that because I have to do it at the airport and I have only three days to submit the complaint. Given that I am staying 200 kilometers away from the airport, I am not going to go back again to the airport to submit the complaint about the suitcase. I spent all that money on airline tickets to go to Algeria to be on vacation not to go back and forth for 200 kilometers between where I am staying and the airport.

Poor food choice. They even ran out of fish in business class. Old dated planes, IFE and seating.
