Usual issues with flight delay. Perennial problem of travel by plane.

Delayed almost 2 hours sitting on plane. No updates at all from flight deck and virtually no updates from cabin crew

Long delay resulted in my being unable to catch a train home and resulted in an additional £76 cost for an Uber

Be sure to check bags for 23 kg,.(50 lbs) Coming from US I chose the wrong size luggage weight when I checked in on my phone, and had to pay more when I dropped it off

The flight was delayed for over 1 hour. The boarding process is appalling making you wait for 30 minutes in the passage leading to the outside door without any seats.

The on board air steward really made the journey. He was very entertaining

Well Is extra charge for everything and other companies include that and the price.

The trip itself was good. I have given only good as rating, because my first flight has been cancelled by a different airline and that caused disruption in my trip. I spent over ten hours in Luton airport and that caused me high tiredness, sickness, because of the very early initial trip. easyJet staff has been professional and friendly.

Aviianca was ok but that was not my original flight I boooked. I was moved there a few hours before boarding and the flight landed at a different airport from my connecting flight. I had to take a very expensive cab over 150 pounds to comnect.

Worse experience with an airline in general. They failed in providing boarding passes at the beginning of my flight, requiring a trip to our local airport to correct. Most flights were delayed & one plane had to be replaced due to mechanical problems. Then they forced me to check a carryon bag that I couldn’t pick up in time due to a delayed flight. I had to choose between catching my flight or picking up a bag. And then trying to make a baggage claim online was impossible! A comedy of errors, but it was anything but funny. I would rather take a cruise liner than fly on British Airways again!

The crew were friendly and helpful, really appreciated. The food was pretty nice. a smidge more leg room would always be welcome but when you buy cheap you get what you get :)

The flight was missed. Even though I got there on plenty of time. So british airline put me in a hotel in London for the night and got me a flight for the next day. I was happy to get a quick flight. But it only a short vacation and I have lost a day of it because of this.

Not that good, flight delayed almost missed connection to NY. No help from BA

We were never contacted that our flight from Glasgow to London was delayed. Got to airport six hours early to find that we were going to miss our connecting flight to BWI. Our flight is scheduled for two days later and they only gave us a voucher for one night hotel. E we’re delayed on the front end too and had to fly to Edinburgh instead of Glasgow arriving six hours and taking a $200 cab!

There was no entertainment offered or expected, so please disregard my readings of that component. The flight was fantastic. Efficient boarding, takeoff, and even early arrival!

We got our seats and was surprised at the half empty plane, so had a very good hostess and we enjoyed the whole flight back home, so the only thing we had to wait for was the passenger assistance that was not there and had to wait about 20 mins on the jetway.

The crew were very friendly and helpful. Also, the airline was very strict and not very helpful when I wanted to start by boarding from Heathrow airport instead of Glasgow international airport. I stayed 10 hours in the airport and no hotel or any form of compensation was provided. That sucks.

As happened on the outbound journey to London, where the flight was canceled and rebooking took two days and several nights in a hotel, coming back was really no better. Again staffing issues and some misinformation as to the reasons, lead the story. We eventually boarded in London and then sat on the tarmac for a long time. Being 2 1/2 hours late to our Chicago destination I missed my connecting flight and there were none available until the next morning. A voucher was given for a hotel, but all the hotels in the area were fully booked. I resorted to finding a bus to get home. What a disaster of a one week holiday. One of the worst travel experiences I've ever had both coming and going. And I used to be such a devout British Airways customer from my many years of travel. Not any longer.
