Pros: The gate agent in Medford for delta was awesome
Pros: The check in counter personnel was VERY UNHELPFUL. I was running late to previous Delta flight baggage delay. The counter person would not let me check in even though I still had good 45 mins before take off. AND THE PLANE WAS DELAYED BY 40 MINUTES ANYWAY! I never made the flight, had to take train.
Cons: The entire Delta customer service was a nightmare. Delayed flights, literally lying supervisor who escalated a dispute, absurdly poor service. ASSISTING A PASSENGER WITH A TRANSFER TO ANOTHER DELTA FLIGHT AFTER THE FIRST ONE WAS DELAYED IS "NOT A GUARANTEED SERVICE". Seriously, it is basic courtesy!
Pros: More room in Delta Coach than other carriers

Cons: When all overhead bins were full, they should have allowed those who didn’t need to check their carry on to board the plane before those who needed to check their carry on. Very unorganized at gate.

Cons: London Concorde first Lounge is old, food and service terrible, toilets dirty. And that is the best they got. Will try to avoid BA and only use if no other option. LH and AF much better in Europe

Pros: Not much, except that I got to Nashville.
Cons: I was told that boarding was about to stop, and that the doors would close any minute. As it turned out, this did not happen for at least 30 minutes. I was among the first on board, and really worried I'd miss the flight. The bathroom sink was out of order, no way to wash hands, a health hazard!
Cons: Update passengers as and when possible. Was left in the dark about many things.
Cons: ok when in Malaga I asked for wheelchair at Gatwick as I had pulled a muscle in my back and it was hard to walk got to Gatwick No wheelchair had to walk not very good

Pros: Surprisingly comfortable for such a short flight. The approach is impressive. Friendly attendants and captain kept everyone updated when there was a slight delay. Was overall a really nice flight

Cons: Our flight was delayed an hour out of Denver and then 4 hours delay out of London to Lisbon. And, after that long delay they didn't even offer free water.

Cons: When queuing for boarding, some other classes queued on the the same line which made the queue very long. However there was no staff checking.

Cons: They charged for drinks, even soft drinks! There were three annoying children sitting behind us all under the age of 8. They were unsupervised. I didn't think airlines would allow an entire row of kids to sit like this without an adult sitting with them. Their mother was across the aisle.
