In between two meals period they're not providing something like banana / cup noodles or bugger. It's really fell sad that I was asking have to wait for 3 hours for second meal. (breakfast)
The crew are timely, friendly and professional. I was very impressed.
They overbooked the flight and reassigned my seat. To add insult they lied that my assigned seat was broken and promptly gave it to someone else
Jain veg meal I opted was super in taste but there was no sweet/desserts with it. I was a big missing in the meal...Please add some sweets to end the meal with 😊
The meat-and-rice combination was a good idea, but the food could use some improvement. The meat looked a bit mushy and almost like ground meat, which wasn’t very appetizing, and the flavor was just average. Other than that, everything else was great.
Weather delayed arriving flight and even though I made the connection, my luggage did not.

There is very little in the title" Premium" in the Economy experience with Cathay, Melbourne to Hong Kong. The seats are uncomfortable and the cabin with outdated 1990's decor and trim. The food service was sloppy and the leg room providing little to no advantage over regular economy seating. Infact, the Sunday flight was not fill occupancy and I would have done better saving the significant additional costs for the PREMIUM ticket and taken advantage of the seating. If you are a regular premium economy traveler of EMIRATES expecting the same experience on CATHAY, you will be disappointed. Emirates far superior.
The aircraft was slightly newer but the food was very bad. Bland and uninteresting. Nothing special at all.
Poor. Flight was delayed by 50 mins. Poor quality aircraft. Aged, few parts broken. Bad plane.
Small twin prop plane. Basic flight. Food was half a chicken & pesto sandwich. As the flight departed after 12pm alcohol was available. No on board entertainment. No wifi services.
I liked the refreshments as the flight was short and the free WiFi. The seats were comfortable.
Despite having numerous passengers held up by American Airlines delays. Qantas (an AA partner) closed boarding with 0 flexibility

From start to finish, every part of the experience was outstanding. The care and kindness shown to my 95-year-old mother was exceptional—truly 10 out of 10. From the assistance she received at Sydney Airport while boarding the plane to the help she was given when arriving at Wagga Wagga Airport, every staff member was friendly, professional, and genuinely caring. They made her feel comfortable, safe, and well looked after throughout her journey. A heartfelt thank you to everyone who helped make my mother's trip such a wonderful experience. Your compassion and dedication are greatly appreciated.
Was disappointed that we couldn't use our lounge passes as the booking was a group booking.
I think it is much better than the flight I flew from Sydney to Tokyo.
Boarding was effortless, the food was outstanding, the seats in Premium Economy were extremely comfortable, and the staff and crew were excellent.
I never flew with alliance. Kayak is a joke and none of the flights or times were correct. Won’t ever use kayak again
I was pretty sure my seat includes a meal. But I guess I was wrong because I wasn't served a meal on my flight with Batik Air from Kota Kinabalu to Kuala Lumpur. I was fortunate because the layover was more than an hour in Kuala Lumpur. Otherwise, I could have cause a delay to the connecting flight to Taiwan because my terminal to board the next flight is located at different building. I had to take a train to the satellite building. Overall, all is well.
Need to improve the availability of the food. Seems like everything sold out
During this flight all the crew just focused on making money by selling food and drinks. There was only one washroom open. And it really smelled bad and wasn’t usable. Even to watch something onboard entertainment u have to rent headphones pathetic airline but only one with direct flight so pretty much the only option from Karachi to KL
Delayed for 3 hours, need to pay extra for drinking water.
Nasi lemak was horrible. Plain white rice, tasteless sambal, no cucumber, no kacang, no ikan bilis. And the chicken was colourless and tasteless, tasted like boiled chicken. Entertainment system didn't work at all.
Silly to not even offer people water for free when they are paying so much for tickets.
You get what you pay for. It’s functional and gets you from point A to B in good comfort. However, food options are limited and cash only, Crew is a hit and miss .. they get your attention if you reach out.

They got to the terminal late, with no one on the arriving flight, boarded us late, and left us sitting there for 2 hours before they got us off the ground. They knew they were going to be late, yet they never got an updated flight plan from their head office until long after the flight was supposed to leave. They could have cut the delay in half, of at least let us stay in the terminal. Really just horrible planning.
The worst kind of budget airline. To be honest....the plane was not that bad. Would have been good to have some food choices and some water. What was by far the worse is the passengers/customers that this airline attracts. Coughing and spluttering all over one another with no masks. Just disgusting. Pay for a better carrier and get a better class of passenger.
