The return was painful because of the flight that was canceled. Nobody was able to help us out. It took hours and a lot of walking on two different airports to get a new flight

Poor. Seats uncomfortable. No leg room. Hot and humid the whole trip. Food and staffs were ok.

Delay more than hour created pressure to catch the connecting flight

I purchased a one way business class ticket from Geneva to Miami but the check in agent said I had an economy ticket and later upgraded to business class. This was not the case, I had a single business class transaction. I was forced to pay for my second checked bag. I am unsure of why this happened. But I won’t use Kayak again for business class tickets.

The seats were so close together, when the man in front of me put his seat back, the screen in front of me was 9 inches from my face. There is no way to lean forward if I needed to pick something up. It was pretty uncomfortable for a ten hour flight. I was very surprised.

The food was good. Most the staff was pleasant. The flight would be drastically improved with WiFi on a long international flight.

The whole experience was positive. Crew very friendly and helpful. Very greedy with pre-seat allocation. Web site too complicated

Each flight we took was late with little or no updates or information.

Swiss airline do not allow online check-in before 24 hrs, this is very inconvenient to us. I tried many ways such as booking code(6 numbers) or 13 booking numbers , neither of them work, Lufthansa is better which allow us to check in even before 30 hrs, so we can assign our seats( not many people want spend extra money to assign seats on top of airfare which is already spent.)

Clean, efficient and quick response time when we missed our connecting flight.

We booked a flight from FCO(Rome) with a stop over at DUB(Dublin) going to JFK. Boarding from Rome was kind of chaotic since the airport I guess is very small and we needed to shuttle to the airplane. The gate agent just let everyone and anyone go without using the sections so that took a lot longer than usual boarding. From drinking to JFk boarding was good and organized. Amazingly the flights was very smooth sailing and we’ve flown American big airplane to small companies before. The aircraft’s itself is on the older side, can’t complain tho because the plane ride wa smooth. For a 3 hour plane ride, nothing was complimentary. But for the longer leg of the plane complimentary snacks, meals and drinks were provided which was great. The food wasn’t bad either. I would fly with them again, great price and good service.

I appteciate the very courteous staff. The flight was good. Something that wasn't good was that my bag was only checked as far as Dublin and I had a connecting flight to Vienna. (That was a mistake the ORD desk made.) Fortunately the desk at DUB was able to re-tag without me having to re-check in (which initially it seemed I might have to do.)

Delightful flight, ahead of time with a super crew, thanks

I wish Aer Lingus offered free wifi and had power outlets at the seats. Overall, the flight was good. Seat back entertainment had some interesting options. Food and snack options were mediocre at best. I enjoyed the canned red wine.

I had an awful experience at the ticketing agent stand. I had purchased three tickets, one of which I had the maiden name of a passenger on the ticket. They refused to help, assist, and actually delayed our process and had us miss an opportunity to purchase a ticket on the same flight. I was sent through multiple phone calls, none of which helped, and the person at the counter was the person who told me to both call Aer Lingus for help and was the person who said they could not fulfill my request that they were privy to from the beginning. My partner is still stuck in Scotland, racking up thousands of dollars in additional fees and tickets. I am very upset and two of my tickets went unused. I will never be using Aer Lingus ever again and I will continue to complain about them.

This was the most expensive economy flight per minute of flight time ever. But the quality was lacking. Extremely Aer Lingus rude staff at LHR said that the flight from London to Dublin (Ireland) was “NOT international.” Horrified at the colonial and imperial perspective. Seats were dirty with trash in seat pockets. Airline doesn’t clean or care about hygiene and safety.

In business class overhead bins were minuscule. Had to use cabin staff to find a place for my carry-on bag. Boarding process was shambolic, as “passengers who needed assistance in boarding” absorbed an excessive amount of time and attention that Aer Lingus was apparently unprepared for.

Aer Lingus was fabulous.nhowever, Aiirfare Assist who Kayak routes me to to purchase tickets for m was awful. They messed up my reservation so bad that after about six hours on the phone with them over the week before departure, I had been choice but to show up at the airport. The Aer Lingus staff were amazing and got it sorted out but I would recommend not using Airfare Assist.

I had a great experience. I wasn’t sure what to expect but the crew helped me check my bags and made sure I got in the correct line to board. It was a bit of a walk to my gate so arrive early. I would recommend securing a flight that includes checking in your bag if you remotely think your baggage is over 10kg/22lbs. Be safe and upgrade unless you are carrying a backpack or weekend type baggage.

Dublin to Boston was decent. Food and entertainment was included and that was expected for the rate paid.
