I think I previously submitted my feedback about flight lead Katherine in a different field by mistake. Please see those comments. Comments for Hyd to AMS are it was good. The flight lead and service met expectations for satisfactory high quality service but the flight lead did not stand out as exceptional as did the leads on the other two flights so I don’t remember anything specific one way or the other besides the fact I was satisfied.
Flight lead was a gentleman with silver hair and he went out of his way to shake hands and interact with each passenger seated in business class. A medical emergency took place during our flight and he handled it with perfect poise and professionalism. He was gracious and confidently competent. Just what you want from a leader,
Crew is not the cheerful type. very slow meal service (this is their style as have flown this many times)
Legroom not all it could be, especially when the seat in front is reclined. Otherwise it was good, food and beverage were nice.
This fight left ahead of time which meant it arrived early which was great. Staff were very professional, but as with all these Short hop Flights the food was a disappointing snack There was no entertainment on this flight, but I did not expect any
I flew premium economy and this was a good option. Although the seats didn’t recline much, I was able to get some sleep with my head propped against the window. The food was good and the entertainment was wonderful The staff were very attentive and professional
Seats were nice and comfy. Crew was polite and attentive. Business class is awesome and worth the money.
It was operated by Delta. Boarding took a long time. How difficult can it be? Overall decent trip. Liked the Salt Lake City airport. Better option than Chicago for transfers.
We left one hour late because of technical difficulties. The economy comfort seats are great for the price. The crew was mediocre, they do not provide a pleasant experience, they just deliver food and drinks and give orders, not very amicable, no service and hospitality focus.
Booked connecting flights with KlM. My serving flight was the furthest part of the airport. On arrival in Zurich. My two cases arrived but only one carry on belong to my son. His three suitcase didn't arrive. After enquiring we discovered they were still in Amsterdam. We landed at 11.12. We eventually left the airport just after one.
Middle seats SUCK!!!! I paid more money than I should have because of your terrible site Kayak.com. I'll try to use your competitors going forward. I am so disappointed you would play off business class.com as business class seats

Boarding was a disaster being moved by Air France by bus to the plane. The plane should have been at the right gate.
Flight was late over a hour just like the first one. WiFi was down.
The check in was horrible. I stood in line for 1 hour to check in with an Air France ticket. Then I was told I had to go to Delta counter onstead to check in instead. It made no sense.
Medíocre. The food wasn't good (although not bad, bad) and the staff wasn't kind. I asked for n extra blanket, the steward never came back, serving us roughly.
They wanted to close counter although they did not provide the wheelchair requested which ended by going alone to transit security and lost long time and they did not want to wait .
They charge me for luggage which is was included on the ticket

Bid process for upgrade is very frustrating. I was notified that I had won the bidding, then was told there was no seat available.

Overall a great experience. I didn’t like that they didn’t assign seats until we arrived at airport. All the employees we interacted with at the airport and on the flight were kind and helpful.
It was ok but no WiFi I think I’ll fly Iceland air next time

Yes avoid JFK airport at all costs. A horror to navigate.
No free Wi-Fi. I have SkyMiles but not a high status, having an account has been enough for Wi-Fi on other flights, but this one was going to charge me to use it. Also turbulence was really bad toward the end, but I didn't count this in my ratings since I know Delta cannot control the weather - it's 2026 and lack of WiFi alone is enough for a poor rating.
Airline left me stranded in the U.S. gave me an unrequested refund of 40% of booking and canceled my trip back! When I asked why, the said “we don’t have to tell you why”. “But you can rebook”. Never again! Paid 2x and rebooked on Austrian. What a joke!
Missed a connecting flight and SAS was at fault. I was awarded a $20 voucher in exchange for 8 hours of my time? Gfy.
The check in computers were difficult to use, we waited a long time to get off the flight and the food was terrible on the outgoing flight.
I was pleasantly surprised. I've never flown this airline and the seats were comfy, I couldn't select my seat but luckily got aisle and was able to comfortably sleep the whole trip except when they came around with an in flight free meal, drinks then snack at the end. I'd fly with Aer Lingus again. The only annoying thing is you had to pay for WiFi for different hours of usage but luckily I didn't need it
This was a great flight. I love the way they had general boarding board from the back first by seat row and in general the flight was very comfortable. The seats were actually comfy, and the food served was surprisingly good.

The service was some of the worst I have experienced on an international flight. The service was rude, the quality of the food was very low. The speed of service was insanely quick. You couldn’t finish your pretzels before the meal came before the coffee came before trash collection came. Then they never came back for 5 hours. They rushed everything so they could get it over with.
A special shout-out to one of the check-in staff at DUB yesterday noon. We had to use the "Closing Flights" counter and we met, hands down, the most efficient person - able to resolve several issues in the matter of minutes, while remaining polite and calming everyone down. Great job, Aer Lingus!
Like - the crew were nice Dislike - sitting on the tarmac for long periods after boarding and landing.
I was pleasantly surprised and enjoyed the services of the airline since flying is not my favorite thing. My goal was to be with my brother's family in Manchester after his death. All staff was helpful, the food appreciated since I selected an overnight flight. Every aspect of the experience was comforting. I plan to return to Manchester in order to attend my brother's funeral in October and hope that I am able to find a reasonable priced flight. Thank you

It was ok not that much because I always travel with Emirates airlines, Etihad, airlines, Qatar airlines compare to them food and comfortable was too low . Staff was good . Helpful
Flight was cancelled. There were no Aer Lingus reps to help. I had to rebook my flight and find a hotel. Still had nothing from the airline.

Checking-in in Barbados was excellent, connecting in JFK to JAX was a nightmare, had to wait over 1 hour and 20 minutes to receive my check bag. After receiving my checked bag and going to the gate to check in for my flight to Jax the crew there had no clue. They first told me that I had missed the flight and had to rebooked.. after trying to speak with JetBlue reservations (without luck) I was asked to leave my Phone number for a recall, I did so and my call was returned after 15 hours. I finally looked at the information board and saw the flight that I was originally scheduled for was still at the gate. I alerted an JetBlue employee of my findings and was told to rush to the gate and see if I could still board. The agent at the boarding gate apparently was having a very bad day, after lecturing me on how late I was (which was not a fault of mine) let me on the flight. A VERY BAD EXPERIENCE. I will NEVER fly JetBlue ever in my life again.

Horrible - for the first time in my life i was denied boarding an international flight because the name used on my ticket - Josh - was not exactly the same as my passport - Joshua. At no time during ticketing, online check-in, or at the airport flying from Boston to NY was i notified of a problem. It was only at boarding from NY to Costa Rica I was informed of the problem and by then it was too late. After missing the flight I was told by airport Jet Blue staff, including a supervisor, that it was my problem and they could not assist because i bought "the cheapest fare". i was hung up on twice by JetBlue customer service, including once by a supervisor. I blame Kayak and your awful partner ChatDeal for even allowing me to purchase an international ticket without verifying this - you effectively sold me a ticket i could not use. Shame on you and shame on ChatDeal for doing nothing to help me resolve the situation. What a scam.
Probably won't be traveling with JetBlue again. The planes for both flights were so old; I was honestly nervous it was going to hold up. The screens had so much static. I couldn't change the volume and my movie changed to Portuguese five minutes in and refused to switch back to English. Onboarding process on the way back was utter chaos.
Ask flight attendants to make normal temperature. It was freezing very uncomfortable. No one want to lessen to you.
Complete and total debacle from start to finish. HUGE mistake picking this airline. NEVER again! Rudest staff in the business.

Every time I leave from sti Dominican Republic, there is always a delay with a flight , causing a rush to make it to the next flight considering you have to go threw immigration
