Cons: "We missed our flight due to a customer service line that had about 20 people there right from the start. Afterwards, the crew didn't do as much as lift a finger to help us find another flight. We had to pay an extra $850 for a one way ticket on top of what we already paid. I understand things happen and people miss flights but the fact they had no intention on dealing with our dilemma especially after their customer service team kept us there 45 min to start with makes me not want to do business with them ever again. Save yourself a hassle and do business elsewhere."

I was given a hard time during check in regarding their sizes, i knew i had to check the 3rd bag and was charged 47 euros. Then when waiting to board, was asked if they could check my other 2 for free cuz they ran out of cabin space! Seriously? You made me pay 50$ to check 1, then want to check my other "approved" ones for free cuz you ran out of cabin space? Just spend the 50$ extra and book with a better organized airline"

Cons: "Easyjet evening flights are SYSTEMATICALLY late -- by up to 2 hours. I missed my train home from Rome FCO and lost the cost of the ticket. Boarding in London was chaotic. The walk to the gate was endless. On the plane, the staff moved my cabin bag without asking me, creating a moment of panic on arrival when I couldn't find it where I'd put it -- and then insisted they hadn't touched it. Altogether a terrible experience."

Pros: "Easy Jet did very well.20 minutes late leaving but made up most of the time on the flight. It was just a 2 hour flight so one does not expect to much but I have no complaints with Easy Jet"
Cons: "Gatwick like a THIRD WORLD airport. We arrived, walked off via an sir bridge but then directed via stairs back to the tarmac by the plane.We were put on one of those awful buses where we are crammed in like sardines all standing up. Waited for ages before it left and then had a long tour around the whole of Gatwick airport being thrown around as we had to hang on for dear life to high bars. You we buggered if you were short."

I had to pay 40 Euro for the flight back. It could be helpful if you'd clarify this as part of the reservation process."

I disliked that we got told there was a problem with the engine but they didn't allow us to either get off the plane or change plans we just sat there as they ran test after test. Asking us to sit down for them to see if the engine is working okay. They asked a member of the public who was sat by the wing to keep an ear out for any funny noises. We stayed on the runway for an hour and a half after it was already delayed. Once we set off in fear that the engine might fail again Ryanair didn't even off us a free glass of water to show appreciation for peoples tolerance. It honestly isn't worth the money you save."

I love discount airlines, but being charged for things that would make me happier while not costing the airline a penny is too far. Ryanair gets your initial business with artificially low rates and then nickle-and-dimes you until you pay at least as much as you would by just going with an honest carrier that charges normal prices up front. I am tired of being messed about when there are equivalently priced carriers that aren't such shysters."

They claim it was too big, even though it did fit into the box they use to measure the luggage, saying that it fitted too tight, and insisted on my paying an extra 50 euro. 2. They purposely split family members in the hope that people will pay extra to sit together. We did it on the first leg, but then managed to switch seats without extra cost in the second leg. It just required several people switching around."
