Cons: I missed the plane shopping because i don’t recall seeing the crew after the meal offering it. I heard the announcement at the beginning of the flight so I was looking forward to make purchases. Later when I asked it was already closed.

Pros: Nice crew

Cons: Better food, some entertainment, better bathrooms

Pros: Seat was both comfortable and spacious. Crew were very attentive and personable.

Cons: Really great flight. Can’t say enough about it.

Pros: One of the flight attendants was very rude and seemed bothered when I inquired about a meal since I was sleep when they originally handed them out and said that I would have to wait u til the next meal period.

Cons: The crew was extremely rude. One in particular was very racist in the way we were treated and the way she would talk to white travellers. My 3 year old child was not provided meal after 2 reminders and I had to argue and fight for it. I was forcefully given Asian vegetarian meal when I had made no special meal requests.

Cons: I paid £275 for my TICKET ,after 2 min I rang them for cancel my ticket they said refund only £177 Then I said ok change the ticket they said still need to pay penalty charge as well, i wasnt happy then they call me back he said we cancel your ticket and refunds £240 , I lost £35 in 10 min .

Cons: the chairs are very uncomfortable for a early morning flight.. do not recline. i am not big at all.. im 154cm and 60 kg.. the chairs killled my back and next... i just wanted to sleep.

Pros: the crew were amazing. The food was good. 20 minutes late in a snowstorm, amazing. Seats were comfortable. I will definitely fly Lufthansa again.

Pros: The seats were nice and the food was unusually good

Cons: More water brought to the seats. The landing was strange. The pilot pulled up on the first approach and when the second approach was completed the steering was stuck. They ultimately got the steering to work.

Cons: Guys, we need to do something with these outdated business class seats, infotainment system. Omg, last century, movie selection bottom poor :( We are always playing catch up game in terms of interior. How long it took you to offer padding & decent blankets in business.

Cons: Check IN desk, unprofessional and rude employees. Felt discriminated. Never again will travel with this company.

Pros: The on-board crew were friendly and professional. The in flight entertainment options were great. And the flight was mostly on time and easy.

Cons: We had significant issues getting our one boarding pass from the computers and then the workers in the airport. We purchased both tickets together and the one had no issues. However, we got nonchalantly passed off from one employee to another without having anyone seem really concerned for us.

Pros: We landed without crashing

Cons: The check in process, the upgrade process, the boarding process. And, everyone just sat where they wanted, even after I paid for the upgraded seat. The crew could not care less, and I ended up with the largest person on the plane next to me, who seat jumped, so I had to sit sideways the whole fly.

Cons: Ticketing process was little bit chaos. I had 5 different names on my e-tickets, but one person name was missing and there were duplicate names.I showed my e-tickets and a ticketing agent took care of it.

Pros: Checked luggage included, seat reservations are fairly priced, in flight meals and snacks are reasonable. Crew is professional.

Cons: The video screen freaked up a lot and I was unable to watch movies listen to music for the better part of the 11 hour flight. I noticed other passengers had the same problem.

Cons: Flight departure change 10 min earlier was not emailed. Total confusion and communication problems for boarding. In addition the shuttle bus was sent to the wrong airplane and had to return 3 times.

Pros: Crew was nice. Plane was older model. No individual movies. Seats were old and worn, but flight was nice.

Cons: Not sure anyone can change this, but people (Egyptians) got out of their seats before the plane had even slowed down on the runway. People were jostled about. One guy bumped me several times. They then rushed forward cramming up the aisles. Just ridiculous.

Pros: Cabin crew was great at customer service. Very helpful.

Cons: The food was the same on consecutive flights, which made eating painful. And the Addis Ababa airport is very poor right now.
