Awful. Delayed for unknown reason. Boarded late, part of a Tight connection ands had to go through customs and immigration. And they lost my bags.
The crew was friendly, and the flight landed on time
Great. It was awesome to have boarding from the front and back of the plane as it made the process go very quickly
Boarding uncomfortable. Stewardess said I would have to check my carry on as there was no room in the overhead bins. Another passenger helped me find a spot.
The cabin crew really looked like they wanted to be somewhere else. They weren't really interested in providing an attentive service to full fare paying passengers at all. However the Captiain's in flight announcements were relaxed and very entertaining.
Food was very ordinary for premium economy, very small portions.
I booked the flight with Finnair, which made the arrangements for downloading a boarding pass unnecessarily complicated. I wouldn't do that again. Instead I'd book direct with AA.
Helpful steward. Allowed me to move to some empty seats and I was able to get some sleep. He also had milk for my tea. Americans don’t realise that cream or half and half ruin tea.
Security was a mess at the Helsinki Airport. But I was delighted by the connecting flight waiting for us for JFK.
Sanitizing wipes would have been great while onboarding the flight.
Short flight in an Embraier. Business class seats didn't have leg room, but the rest of the upgraded amenities were great -- priority boarding, great in-flight meal, etc. No wifi nor entertainment, but that's fine for a 1.5hr flight.
Bid process for upgrade is very frustrating. I was notified that I had won the bidding, then was told there was no seat available.
The quality of the food was 👍 excellent , I would have like to have in my meal : eggs and a protein bread, or dark bread , mayonnaise and a big cop for the coffee , cuz I am a coffee lover!
Overall a great experience. I didn’t like that they didn’t assign seats until we arrived at airport. All the employees we interacted with at the airport and on the flight were kind and helpful.
It was ok but no WiFi I think I’ll fly Iceland air next time
Basic flight. Great for something under two hours. Seats were a bit dated and uncomfortable
They lost my luggage and there is no update, no luggage and no hope that they will find it. It has been 26 hours since we landed
My daughter always gets sick when we order the gluten free meal option. Internet didn’t work as advertised.
Nothing to answer your questions appropriately. It was just a 2hrs flight from London Heathrow and we were served a cup of tea only. So the questions about food aren't relevant and also, there's no entertainment on these short haul flights. Overall, the flight ✈️ was okay.
Boarding required going up and down the stairs with your carryon bags which wasn’t an issue for us but would be quite challenging for elderly people, or anyone with mobility issues.
