Better movie and tv selections. Also, the overnight flight to Trinidad from Toronto, the staff were not very attentive. I did not see them for at least half the fight. They were behind their curtain a lot of the time, and they did not check on us before landing to make sure all landing requirements were met.
Little space for luggage and the flight was delayed by an hour.

At check in I had to pay for my seat that I already paid for on purchasing my ticket. The flight was over an hour late and the plane smelt gross.

Excellent experience this was my first time booking with Kayak.
Flight ended up being longer than anticipated because we had to reroute to the Bahamas. So a hour and half flight turned into 5 hours. 0/10.
Flight time. The crew was the rudest, talked down to customers, ignored requests, acted like security guards, used forceful language like must and can't. Everything was on purchase, no entertainment, unless you could use your own phone. Poor customer service.
Checking in, boarding, the food and crew were all excellent. It was my first time traveling on Caribbean Airlines and trust me it’s the only airline I’ll be flying on as of now as long as it’s going my way😁. The service was unbelievably good I don’t regret missing my flight on flair at all cause I wouldn’t have realized how great the service is on Caribbean Airlines
The flight could'nt be better ,the comfort ,the crew and everything was good.i will definitely fly with this sirline again.
The flight was two hours late due to a computer fault and resulting maintenance. Nothing was offered as compensation beyond bottles of water during the time we were deplaned and waiting in the terminal.

Four plus hour flight delay in New York caused us to take off after 11:30pm. We didn’t arrive at our hotel until five hours after check in. Started the trip off feeling exhausted.

Plane was in bad shape. TV’s and WiFi didn’t work. Plane need a refresh. Not enough room for bags.

I don’t usually fly budget airlines or airlines in the United States. It was as good as any other airline. The seats are comfortable and the airline attendants are not rude & surly. Very nice flight (s).

WiFi was not eorkig (again) And the plane was from 1990 with the screens which were.not touch and most didn’t even work and if lucky could tune in tv
They didn't let me board with a proper boarding pass. I threw away my bags so that I can board and was defined boarding. Had to take the next flight after paying more.
They cancelled the flight 3 hours prior departure. Had to spend $400 for a ne way flight with Delta Airlines! Spirit Airlines are not serios!
Over SOLD flight. It does not matter that you were able to check in 24 Hours before and confirm your flight. At the airport, the company SPIRIT rep wanted to remove people who pay for lower fares.
My baggage broke and they did not offer me anything. No conversation

Cheap flight but really uncomfortable. Seat cushions flimsy. Jammed in middle seat when flight is not full. They don’t even give you water

I never made this flight. When I got to the airport I had a message to say that the flight was delayed and would be getting into Fort Lauderdale at 10 pm. My connecting flight was due to leave around 10:10 pm so there is no way I would have made the connection. I went back to the Spirit desk and tried to explain this to a desk agent who didn't understand. Eventually her supervisor came over and explained it. The desk agent was unhelpful and only offered options that would have required getting a hotel overnight. She offered no hotel or meal vouchers and when I said that it seemed my only option was to go to another airline she told me I needed to make a decision because they were closing the desk and would not be back till 3 pm. I went to Delta and had to pay extra but they could help get me back to Orlando. I now have to file a claim against Spirit and I am just glad I paid for insurance. Very unhappy and very poor service.
I missed my connecting flight from MBJ to IAH via FLL. The plane was late to arrive to MBJ and the crew has a very slow turnover. (Low energy, lacksdasical team and then waiting for baggage to be loaded long after all passengers were seated.Claiming baggage in FLL took over 35 minutes. It was a train wreck.
