Boarded with no problems. Sat on the tarmac for an hour before taking off. We were the last ones on our connecting flight. Didn't think we were going to make it. Our flight to Iceland was similarly delayed. When we've flown other airlines, pilots have tried to make up time while in the air. This doesn't seem to be something that Icelandair does. We made all of our flights, but it was stressful and we didn't think it was going to happen based on the time we arrived.

The flight was delayed and as a consequence we missed our connecting flight. Were stuck for another 6h in Reykyavik. Appreciated that we got a generous food voucher at least. Would have liked to see more information upon arrival including a person waiting for connecting flight travellers and informing already that we will not catch the flight and directing us to the office dealing with the matter; unfortunately that didnt happen and we hence first needed to find out whether flight had indeed left already and then locate the adequate office to help us with booking us on the next connecting flight. Also my suitcase broke and it is not clear whether it is happened on the leg with Iceland Air from DC to Reykyavik or on the leg with Lufthansa from Reykyavik to Frankfurt. Finally, understood that it is a low cost company but at least provision of earplugs for free would have been nice, instead of making them buy.

Great experience on Icelandair flight from Newark to Amsterdam by way of Reykjavík. Courteous and professional staff. Food was solid. Service - outstanding. Cabin was a little warm.

Good service. No complementary food for international flight. WiFi kinda pricey. Got the job done for the right price.

The plane was very small and the aisle was so narrow that every time someone walked by they rubbed against me, so it was very uncomfortable.

Overall good for an economy fare. IMO the movie selection could be improved. Great that you can now connect bluetooth headphones to the entertainment system.

For a four hour flight, I was disappointed that everything was for purchase except for coffee, tea, or water. The disembarking in Iceland was so inefficient and time-consuming. We landed and stopped in the middle of the tarmac, had to disembark in the rain, and then squeeze into a bus which took us to the airport. Crazy! How does that work in winter?

Paid for a Premium seat...minimal recline, no footrest. Maybe slightly wider than a cheap economy seat. Zero chance of getting any rest on this plane

Comfort of seats is not good. Like sitting on a rock for 6 hours. Also no in flight food and limited beverages unless you pay is not nice. Need flight to be dark during the “night” but attendants don’t ask for shades to be lowered..

Iceland airlines doesn't provide any meal on flight to and from New York, except water and soda. Airline over charge for checking in luggage. I'm really upset.

I enjoyed the comfort of Premium Economy. The Purser on London-Nairobi was a little testy, snappish in his tone. I understand stressed, tired, etc but his tone in addressing passengers I found wanting.

Outdated from start to finish. Good was inedible, choice was very poor. They don’t seem to care

Very good crew. The seating in economy plus was excellent, and I slept most of the way. The diabetic meal that I requested was almost tasteless--about a 2 on a ten-point scale.--so I ate little. And why bother serving dinner to fliers at midnight?! I had eaten a meal at the airport six hours earlier. A good breakfast would be better.

British Airways Flight 525 from Florence to London on July 29th 2025 was the worse flight I have ever been on. The flight was excessively delayed with poor communication from airline as to the reason for delay. We were notified of need for an unscheduled stop in Pisa after boarding due to weather which was limiting ability to fuel up to the capacity needed for the flight to London. Though we understand and appreciate the safety concern, on quick web search we later learned this was a recurrent problem. We were subsequently kicked off our connecting flight out of London to Port land, Oregon (also on British Airways) though that flight was also delayed (we were told we would not be able to make it in time, but ironically the amount of time it took for them to rebook us would have been more than sufficient to make the connection). We then had to stay overnight in London at a very mediocre hotel, had to take a flight out on a different carrier which involved a stop at LAX (not a direct flight to our home city which we had paid extra for the convenience). Half of our bags did not arrive in LA and we had to transfer the bags ourselves from the international terminal to terminal 6, only to have most of this luggage that made it from London to LAX not arrive in Portland. They bags were eventually found but took over 60 hours for delivery. The entire trip home which was suppose to be 13 hours took over 40.

Smooth roundtrip to Manchester, UK from SFO. I think BA is fabulous.

Flight was delayed. Though I checked in with BA live chat three times, our special meals were not provided.

My experience with British Airways is excellent, thanks for all 🫶🏻✈️

Our luggage arrived 2 days late when we reached Santorini. We were without cloths and toiletries for two days and didn't had time or means to go and shop everything at reasonable cost. Even though, we filed the report immediately at the airport, there was very less communication to us about when we would expected our luggage and even when it arrived there, they didn't had staff to deliver luggage to our hotel, so we had to go to airport to pick it up, which is very difficult and annoying to do in foreign country where you don't have you own vehicle and you don't have time because your tour is packed with activities. They could have tried to expedite the process and kept us informed and deliver the luggage at our hotel. Also, should have given us compensation for it.

Fair, difficult to find the departure gate. Luggage delayed on arrival

Very old aircraft. Seat 15 A & B personal light not working, foot rest broken in 15 A , reclining push buttons required two people to do it. Overall experience was below standard. The same food was served both the times. No snacks in the ally, drink choices very limited. It felt like it was the year 2000. The crew unfriendly, hospitality 4/10.
