My recent Air France flight from Paris to Toronto was a genuinely pleasant long‑haul experience, marked by strong service and thoughtful touches throughout the journey. The boarding process was orderly and efficient, with only a short wait before passengers were invited to step onboard. Everything moved with calm coordination, setting a positive tone right from the start. Once in the air, the inflight crew truly shined. They were warm, friendly, and consistently attentive without ever feeling intrusive. Their professionalism and upbeat energy made the cabin feel welcoming and well cared for. The meals and overall service were very good—well‑timed, nicely presented, and satisfying. Air France’s reputation for quality inflight dining held up, and the crew ensured that drinks, snacks, and small requests were handled promptly. I traveled in a business‑class pod, which offered excellent privacy and comfort. The seat itself was spacious and well‑designed, ideal for both resting and working. The only minor drawback was that the pod felt a bit warm when fully closed, but it wasn’t enough to detract from the overall comfort. Overall, this Air France flight delivered a smooth, friendly, and enjoyable experience from gate to landing. The combination of efficient boarding, exceptional crew service, quality meals, and a comfortable seat made the long journey feel easy and well supported.

Air France removed our luggage from the plane before it took off, seemingly intentionally, didn't notify us until after we reported it missing at SFO, and is giving us no updates on when, or whether, they will deliver it.

Seats! The eternal problem in economy. They are like stones!!

Middle seats SUCK!!!! I paid more money than I should have because of your terrible site Kayak.com. I'll try to use your competitors going forward. I am so disappointed you would play off business class.com as business class seats

Worst airlines either. First leg was delayed because of crew not available. My connection was missed so they booked me automatically the next day! But, impossible to get anyone on site, web site does not let me access my reservation anymore, confirmed by useless agents over the phone. My 2-leg trip with part in business class arriving at 4:10pm ends up in an awful 3-leg arriving at 9pm the next day with no way to even choose the seats and of course at the very end of the plane. I can understand problems arrive but the way Air France handle it is just unacceptable. You are on your own. Apparently getting you to your destination is the only thing they consider their duty. The customer experience and fatigue is none of their concern. And I have a status with them. I will reconsider my priorities when flying with Air France and encourage everyone to do the same.

Old airplanes small seats expensive tickets, not as expected overall and not comfortable according to the price

They lost my baggage and I still have not got it back. Disgrace

The first half from DC to Paris was very good and the staff were very helpful and humble BUT flight from Paris to Mumbai was sad. 1) it was packed. 2) no space on head compartment 3) crews were unresponsive to the calls 4) one crew member literally banged the bottle of water after giving me glass of water. A little water splashed on me and she was unapologetic 5) with so many hours of flight, little leg space should be taken care else don’t fill your airline till brim which affects your crew and they remove anger on us. 6) huge line for washrooms. 7) 2nd half journey was pathetic

I paid 3 this and dollars for two tickets. No food, minimum drink, confused service and very uncomfortable sear. There was zero difference between busy ness and tourist class. I received a pathetic apology

Excellent apart from transport to actual plane 10 minutes from the actual gate , walking out in the tarmac in the rain and having to climb stairs to enter while holding luggage.
