Pros: Premium seat was nice
Cons: Wish exit row seats reclined
Cons: Miss airline meals but realize this was a short flight. Everyone was great.
Pros: The crew at Alaska is top tier! They are always the friendliest, on the phone or in person. I was stuck in the Seattle snow storm and they were so helpful with flight changes
Cons: There was no tv on the plane and no complimentary snack/drink
Pros: They were nice and calm workers.
Cons: I asked to check my bag while at the gate, and I was told yes just give me one second. They proceeded to call groups to enter the plane. I wasn’t helped. They forgot about me, then I went up 10 minutes before departure to board, and they told me I was late. It was a mess with overbooking too.
Pros: Good boarding process. Comfortable and shirt flight. Friendly crew. Limited drink offerings but green beer or wine offered.
Cons: No bathroom on plane (not announced before hand). Limited luggage storage space.
Cons: Not having to wait almost an hour to get off the plane after landing.
Pros: Price was reasonable
Cons: On time performance; inclusion of bags in price;
Pros: My flight was cancelled, no alternative flights were offered. Had to rent a car drive to LA only to miss my daughter’s flight down to Mexico from LA. Horrible experience, I will never use SPIRIT AIRLINES AGAIN!
Cons: REFUND! A hassle stress free trip! DO NOT USE SPIRIT AIRLINES
Cons: Wish I didn’t have to pay for a cup of water
Cons: To have snacks.or water
Cons: Don’t advertise onboard WiFi/entertainment if you don’t have it
Cons: Flight attendants were unkind and unproffessional.
Cons: No carry on
Pros: The crew was amazing
Pros: Portland, Oregon agent customer service
Cons: This weekend has been an awesome spending time with my Arizona family..... but my experience at Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport is DEFINITELY NOT "America's Friendliest Airport" as they like to advertise throughout the airport! When I went to check in with the exact same airline that the 7 of us flew out on, Sun Country Airlines, I was told that my bag was suddenly 9 pounds heavier than when we left.... even though my bag was packed EXACTLY the same and nothing had been added. As we were finishing up paying, a random lady from the ticket counter stopped me and in a very snobby and aggressive way told me I needed to check an additional bag. I was BEYOND CONFUSED because this bag was considered a FREE "personal item" when we left Portland and now I'm being forced to pay an extra $40 dollars. She then started talking to me VERY aggressively and belittling me as if I couldn't afford the extra charges. That was not the problem! I wanted an explanation as to why the policies are suddenly different just 72 hours later? After I re-ran my card and paid the additional charge, we start to leave again, AND THE SAME GIRL tells me I need to check ANOTHER BAG that was considered a "carry on" when we left Portland. She was starring at my family, our belongings, not listening to what I had to say and continuing to harass us, while demanding I pay more money, without answering any of my questions! I spent $120 to check our bags just to get back home- $75 more than when we left! I asked for her badge number to reference my conversation with her when I call and speak to her manager and she refused to give it to me! Her body language was defensive, unapproachable and snobby- rolling her eyes multiple times.I was able to see read her name on her badge before she flipped it over, "Mika" who happens to be based out of Portland International Airport but working out of Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport today, December 10th. Sun Country Airlines advertised themselves as "travel convenient and trouble free for all passengers"...... WHAT A JOKE! I will NEVER fly on this airline or recommend them to anybody ever in my life! This has been the WORST TRAVEL EXPERIENCE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE in my life. #DoubleWhamy #SunCountryAirlines #SkyHarborInternationalAirport #AmericasWorstService #DontFlySunCountry #NotFamilyFriendly
We’re not the seller
At KAYAK we don’t set prices, so it’s not possible for us to guarantee what other companies are selling.
We aggregate tons of data for you
Our service lets you quickly and easily compare results from hundreds of travel sites at once. In this sense, KAYAK is a search engine and we don't guarantee prices we find.
Why aren’t prices accurate 100% of the time?
Prices on airline seats, hotel rooms and car hires can change frequently. Several people may also be trying to buy the same travel option simultaneously. As a result, you may find on occasion that certain prices are no longer available.
