Had excess weight and ended up being late going through security and customs, missed the bus to airplane. Got driven to airplane in a van when arrived at the plane driver got a phone call from security saying I had left my iphone at security we went back and retrieved the phone and managed to make back to the plane just in time to take off. Excellent Service Teamwork. ⭐️🌟✨💫🤩

The flight was delayed due to technical issues and operational

It’s appreciated to see better food offer and a variety of drinks. White wine with supper was appreciated. It doesn’t need to be chilled. Red wine will be good. Thanks

Cons: "Made me wait at airport for long without any information. Sandwiches is so so bad. Hate their services"

The scheduled departure was delayed 9 1/2 hours and then delayed another 45 minutes due to baggage or something. Apparently the return flight is delayed 10 hours also, which means I miss my Lufthansa flight out of Luanda. Perhaps this is a scheduling change for which people were not notified until the last minute.

I did not receive any confirmation email of this booking and only on receiving it 24 hrs closer to the flight - I tried to cancel it as I has already booked another flight
